I have a mahindra suv300 w8 (O) pet car registration no. Up78fv8604, chassis no. K2d62859 purchased in june 2019. I have done my 2 free services on time.
Since last 1 month there is a problem in this car. Obd check lamp indicator on continuously during engine start. And also while driving engine gets off.
Due to these problems i have send my car for third service before time, on 18113 km running, by taking appointment in v. C. Motors pvt ltd kanpur on 11 june 2020. And also reported to mr. Abhishek singh for these problem.
During service, team has work out to resolve this problem and keep engine start continuously atleast 2 hours, but problem not solved. Than mr. Abhishek advised that this is not a serious issue if obd check lamp indicator on continuously, and assured me that engine stop problem has been resolved.
But on 13 june 2020, during driving both of same problems started occurring again.
During conversation with local technical team of v. C. Motors service center, i realized this that this team are not efficient to identify the source of this problem and resolve that.
Mahindra auto is a good market value in auto mobile sector for service support. And suv300 is a successful model of mahindra automobile. And i am also very happy for this model and before this incident having positive feedback for this model. But at present company authorized service center team is unable to rectify the problem. This a not a good sign for this model.
There is one more complaint. After servicing on 11 june 2020, when i received my car, its interior was so dirty. There was black spots of grease and mobile oil on door panels and seats. Interior cleaning was not up to mark. When i complained regarding the same to mr. Abhishek singh, on call, he just said that send the car to service centre, he will clean it again. He replied very occasionally even not a single sorry word he used in his communication. He has not any regret on his mistake.
Is it possible to send car for cleaning again a one sided running of 20km and and again 5 to 6 hours for this purpose.
This type of behavior from company service center is not expected.
So please do needful to improve services of company authorize centers so that company's valuable customers faith may continue after purchasing of product.
Please make arrangement from company senior technical team side to resolve the problems of my car urgently.

        Dear Sir,

        Today I visit sivnath service station chikhli durg chhattisgarh with my BMT cg07bh6395 for engine diagnosis. The adviser tells us the battery terminal is damaged and the terminal they have out of stock. Whenever I ask any parts they say parts are out of stock. Last month I asked the disc rotor that time part was out of stock. I attached picture how they repair

          I am the owner of mahindra marazoo car mr. Madhurendra singh when i am go to service centre for servicing on the chanda mama mahindra show room - hajipur. Here no any persons and employes are able to talk without misbehave here managers ajit ji have very bad behaviour and telling bad language and also nisha chandra her employes are also behaving very badly and rudely when i reached in her chandamama mahindra showroom hajipur no any one talk about work and any behaviour like any peoples are coming in the office how to talk and behave and agency are not work and said your car is not service here and telling very bad language use. I am reached on the agency suffering 90km of our home because our home is in sheohar districts and their to hajipur distance of 90km but no any one talk about and not hearing my any issues and misbehave again and again.

          Employ :- nisha chandra (Mob - [protected]) very bad employe of the chandamama mahindra showroom and speaks always very bad language and rudely.
          Manager :- ajit ji (Mob - [protected]) is also said bad language and misbehaving me. I think this type of employes are making bad name for mahindra groups company and i think when this types of employes and manager are available here i never goto the service centre & agency for servicing or purchasing any new mahindra cars & spares. And i said my all friends not purchase any mahindra cars because not customer satisfaction.

          Please take a such action because the matters of company reputations.

                  I buy nuvosport n8 in aug 2016, i am regular customer of mahindera from 2006, this nuvosport is my fifth car from 2006, and first time i was facing a strange problem with my car body paint. I found from lots of places the paint of the car was vanished and rusted iron sheet can be seen. And this problem is increasing day by day, and i am shocked how company like mahindera is doing the work carelessly. I want solution as soon as possible.

                    Sir i already request you to please pay my excess payment i. E rs.5 lacs paid on account purchase of xuv500 w 7 in feb.2020 from united automobiles faridabad. I also apply loan rs. 5 lacs through axis bank sec 16 fdb. When i purchase the above vehicle and i was full payment paid to agency when i purchse the xuv 500 w7 model i. E rs.16.80 lacs through my bank accout by rtgs on 2/2020. After few days my loan sanctioned by axis bank and rs.5.00 lacs transfer to united automobiles in march, 10 2020. Sir i request many time of above agency representative, but they were not with cooperate me and misbehaviour by them. Sir more than 3 months my payment release in my bank account through united agency. I will promise you to i never purchase the mahindra vehicle in future. The staff was very bad mis behave to custmor o[censored]nited automobiles. Sir i humbly request to you my payment release immediately. Thank you sir

                      I have an XUV300 just purchased in Oct2019 from LOCHAB MAHINDRA ROHTAK.. My car got as accident in December month and i registered this claim in same service centre from where i had purchased. after that i got insurance claim from insurance company and i got my car from service centre that your car is OK from our side. From that day to till today i am having so many problems in my car but service staff is not ready to listen me.

                      1. AC is not working properly as i had seen in other XUVs but the service staff is not listening my problem and today again i went for the same problem but they again Ignore my words and try to convince that this AC is OK. So i am registering my complain to you that i am having this problem from last 6 months because of your service staff.
                      2. Left window is having problem while closing the door but again after so many times complaint the same problem but staff is not having any response for the same problem.
                      3. Balancing of the vehicle also not proper as always i had told to them but they are not able to do it properly.

                      Means after purchasing of a new car i am having so many problems and company's service staff is fully arrogant and not cooperative. Even not listing customers problem and how will give solution. so i am waiting for your response as soon as possible.

                          Dear sir
                          I am suresh babu owner of tuv 300 t8 model kl62 d 2426 purchased from dealer eram motors kasaragod on 2018 july.
                          From the date of purchase it has been noticed that the fuel information and det information at any level is found wrong. It has been reported many time kasaragod dealer and kozhikode dealer. But they made me to understand something wrong concept which is found absurd and base less scientifically.
                          Now i am facing the problem is higher extend that i am not able to know what is even the approximate amount of diesel in tank. Even in the non running state the meter run randomly from 35 to 300 and back to 50 in 1 to 2 min. The gauge in the tank is cleaned well and checked again. But the problem remain as it is. I have recorded all picture and video of how it shows reading. This video is passed to mr linto in calicut. The same has been reported to meridian motors thekkamela kozhencherry and the service manager has all reports of the issue personally noticed in the car during his drive in my presence.
                          Problem is that at the time of filling diesel of rs 1000 det shows a reading about 190. But after crossing 20km you may get reading of 50 or 40.
                          In starting stage (Non running), it come back to higher value and keep running randomly, finally we get confused totally what happens.
                          I request the authority to take the remedial action as soon as possible.
                          The complaint has been copied to head office and personal mail id of ceo mahindra.
                          If not cleared in 30 days of this complaint, the issue will be forwarded and file as consumer complaint in consumer court against the company and its dealers for compensate my loss

                            But as per today they are telling me for radiator breakage needed to be replace of them behalf my charges, which is i am not agreed with them because of without any damage, how it is possible to breakage further hey already done service at 21/05/020.

                                  I have given my xuv 500 for service, on 27th wednesday but now they are telling me that they will my car back on monday which is around 5days
                                  1) in the last service they have tighten the screw
                                  2) now they are telling me that they have to do gas welding and remove that later it will be black mark
                                  3) its 1l service always i prefer to give to india garage these days, please check my bill how much i have spent in your garage, if this is the case i would not recommand this and for sure i will update my review in all social media
