Respected sir, It is to inform you that i am getting a painful aftersales service from mohan motor salt lake sector v showroom. I had purchased a car from the mention showroom on may 2017, at that time i forced to manage my colour choice from granite silver to red. Not only that my smart card also has not been reached to me till date. Now sales executive of that showroom monojit, his team leader sidhartha chakraborty is saying that my card may be lost and gave me another number of mr. Manna who is busy all the time. Another issue is, i have not receive my bank loan sanction letter, loan is from sbi what they have selected for me. Bank person had told me in october 2017 that letter had been despatched but till date not reached to me. Now the month is very near when i need to renew my insurance, please suggest what i can do as sbi general insurance is saying without the smart card they cannot process. Please suggest my next step, i had already paid the money for smart card’s it the best service what i am getting? (As per your tv add) I am waiting for your reply.
