Dear sir, i have purchased two set of break shoe of renault make for my car verito. But these were of defective and having some hard steel type of thing inside that resulted poor quality of break noise, and my break plate is being destroyed by them. I have pics of that, it is very sad. Kindly see the photos of that part and resolve the issue. Shashank jain
