Mahindra And Mahindra — defective new bolero vehicle delivered | |||
I have purchased a new vehicle on invoice dated :11/july/2019. After a few kilometers from showroom the vehicle was started giving the beep sound with indication of oil pressure. Then i noticed that i most of the sensors was not working and some was totally dark. During delivery there was no explanation given on options present in the vehicle that was different story. Then i called to the sales executive he said take to service center directly. On the i noticed the second thing the wind blowing sound inside the vehicle when i crossed 60 km speed from dashboard. When checking the dash board in sunlight i can the dash board color was very pale and two different colors in dash board. Then one head lamp bulb was fused. Just think what would be a mind of a customer on the new vehicle delivery ride. Then steering wheel was was not turning and there was a damage in it. There are more things in interior where the upholstery fitting was very bad many defects in pasting and i have used ruber band to join the wire. I need a proper answer from mahindra is this the way you deliver the vehicle and cheat customers. I was really depressed with the vehicle really ypu have delivered a defective vehicle to me. I need proper action from your side. From dealer said they are very cruel no answer they are simply blaming the mahindra company. I need a proper action from mahimdra.
