I had booked a XUV 500 twenty days back at sona wheels Ltd, Siliguri, West Bengal after being assured of a delivery in this current financial year. Accordingly I had applied for leave and loan as I wanted to register the vehicle in my hometown Chandigarh. However even after repeated correspondence and efforts from my end there is no satisfactory reply from the delear on a confirmed delivery date for the vehicle. I must admit I wasn't expecting such poor reception from an esteemed company like mahindra. I infact wish I wouldn't have paid the booking amount instead preferred going for any other brand. Had even reported the matter to the customer care which gave me the contact of manager which happens to be a wrong number. Sad state of affairs indeed. Hoping for a positive response lastly.
