[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — delivery of my car after service | |||
My car xuv 500 went for service on 10th of january. And it also had some work on bumper. So earlier they told me it will take 3-4 days. But as of now its already been 6 days, and they are just delaying the work with some # excuses. And they were telling me the bumper is already painted just the service is left and then next day they said its not dried yet. But the truth which i got to know today is they have not recieved the new bumper yet. They were just lieing at each point of time. So i am not at all satisfied with the service of mahindra. And also i regret purchasing from mahindra. As they have zero value for customers. They dont even care for customer service. And i swear i wont purchase in future from mahindra as well as i wont recommend mahindra to my family and friends. Was this information helpful? | |||

My local service dealer is M/ Naik Motors Kudal. Follow up since last 3 months for service appointment but till date no reply for your service centre.
Vehicle daily running is around 150 kms.
