Dear sir/madam, I went to m/s. Indiagarage, velachery, chennai on 28th march 2018 to service my xylo vehicle with few complaints. One of my major complaint was the seat belt not working in the rhs driver's seat. This is also mentioned in the ro form item number 5. I received my car back on 31st march with a total bill amount of about rs. 45500/-. I was surprised to notice that my seat belt was not repaired nor changed in spite of request. The service person mr. M. Karthikeyan said that they don't have stock and we have ordered. I have been contentiously following with him and every-time he will say he will get back in 10 mins and will not call me back. You mahindra should understand that seat belts are of major safety concerned material and you have to get for the customers in high priority basis. The service center needs 10 rating for all the questions asked from the service feedback team. This will happen in a few days from the date of receiving the vehicle. And once this is done we have to run behind the service center. While the government and also you (Mahindra) advice on the seat belt safety, why not arrange it for me? I have been waiting for nearly 45 days and been driving without seat belts. I have been caught by the chennai traffic police more than 3 times and i had to somehow explain the situation. After me spending nearly 45k, is this the way a service center would treat a customer??? Please do something. Enclosed: The ro form My bill Charge slips Service executive's v.
