Dear sir, We purchased a new mahindra marazzo from your authorised dealer js grover autos p ltd. Since then we have had a horrible time chasing them for our rc which they have been unable to provide us for the last 8 months. Our horrifying experience doesn't end here but inspite of chasing the owners they have nothing to say other than we will try to get in few days or not pick our calls. I am sure you are bothered about customers like us who get a horrible experience just because we chose a mahindra veichle. We have never had such an experience with any other automobile company. Kindly intervene and get my documents to me at the earliest. I am unable to drive this veichle on the road due to incomplete documents and it's just because of negligence of this authorised dealer. Kindly advise if i should go and file a case in consumer forum or you would take some action for this lousy dealer of yours.
