Dear sir/mam, During delivery of kuv 100 on sept 4, 2016, i noticed that the bumper was damaged which was brought to the notice of the executive and his team lead. They assured me of the replacement but till date despite several follow ups, i am yet to receive the replacement for the damaged bumper. Note: the officials at g3 motors are polite and assuring it will done within a couple of days but now it has been almost 16 days which i presume is delay in the service. Mahindra And Mahindra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 14, 2016 chandugavit's response Bolero Plus had not discount the original price of the car in case of an insurance policy in respect of the reduction seen with twice the amount the quotation.
