Mahindra And Mahindra — mahindra scorpio (poor customer care response and inadequate support)

We got the Scorpio from CAI Mahindra, Coimbatore, June-2017. It's just the 3rd Service we have completed. On 05th Apr, We had completed a general check-up and service at CAI Mahindra. On 07th Apr our Car got broke down due to no-coolant oil and the radiator hose got punctured near a small town, Piliampatti, almost 4-hours we are stranded out from 05:30-PM to 09:30 PM with two kids, as no one bothered to help us out either the CAI or the Mahindra Customer care we able to support us. It was highly disturbing the way how such a big organization like Mahindra or the reputed dealer like CAI is treating its customer on the crisis time. We hired a cab and had to pay 3000 INR to get back to our place.

To bring the car back to the service centre, initially, the support personnel demanded 3, 500 INR and after having a couple of heated conversations they have agreed to bring my car back to the service centre and now they are demanding 1500 INR as service charge. 1, 500 INR is not a big deal for the customer who owns a 16 lakh car. But as an owner, I need to understand, how such simple things could be overseen at the time of general service, How can a radiator hose rupture in just 1.75 years old car, I have another 2011 Honda City which is 200 times better in performance and 0-break down issues till date.

What should the customer do for such careless mistakes of service personnel, I need someone to take the responsibility of the issue and I need to understand what really went wrong (or) did someone replaced my radiator hoses with an old one. I am not sure. Unless I get a satisfied answer from Mahindra or CAI, I will not allow this issue to settle. I do not want such experience to happen for other customers out there. Maybe its a predominant issue with Mahindra cars which I am not aware of or Mahindra does not want the customer to be aware of such Manufacturing or Design defect. how can such hidden issues be fixed?

I was promised that I will get my car last month and then again the date was changed to 5th april.
Now the store manager is not picking any of my calls. I need my car today or tomorrow.
