My name is Vrijesh Mishra My veh No is UP42AW9888 yesterday I was journey at Purvanchal Expressway for Lucknow after write only 30 km my vehicle suddenly overheated and stop then I wait for cooling down of vehicle then try to start but vehicle not starting then I call to RSA for the help date 1 near about 2.5 hours and more to reach at my give my location Narayan automobile Ganga Ganj for the service of vehicle but not provide a single help for my journey or arranged nay car for me for riching my destination they give me location Narain automobiles Ganga Ganj Lucknow when I reached at service centre they told that here is not any service of Marazzo so u should go to narain automobile near HaL lucknow for service and forced me for payment of further journey after take 4 hours discussion between me service center and RSA team they ready to carryout at next location of sevice center but not provide any other veh for my journey i went at Narain Automobiles Lucknow near HAL near Gazipur police station LUCKNOW. They attend me as a formality and suggest me to leave veh at their and when i asking for time prd for repair they told that ur veh is under Warranty so its take a long time and forget this then i ask them to provide alternate vehicle for my work they told No. And told me to leave service centermy broter also twitt at Anand Mahindra twitter acount this incident but at that point also i received a formality call from Mumbai for support. So i stay at lucknow in a hotel and wait for car repair i am a serving army person my time is totaly waste by Mahindra. Sorry For Bad deal Its my life biggest mistake to bought a car from Mahindra.😕😕😕😕 Was this information helpful? | |||||
