Mahindra And Mahindra — Miserable experience and no resolution to problem raised in Job Sheet

I am Rohit Kathuria from Gurgaon, the happy customers of Mahindra would like to share the miserable customer experience with Dee Emm Mahindra Service center(Gp-11, HSIIDC Industrial Estate Sector-18, Gurgaon)
We booked a complaint on Dee Emm service center regarding my XUV500(HR26DS2480) for general checkup under Mahindra camp, steering control, and Navigator on February 9, 2021, at 9:10 AM. The general was complete within 40 mins. To attend to my actual complaint, the car was out of the check-up bay at around 10:15 AM but none checked my car after multiple requests to the service manager the electrical check started at around 1 PM and the team informed me that there are multiple cars in the queue so it would take time to resolve the concern so I can leave the car for now for the and it will be resolved by next day. On the second day, when I followed up with the service manager, he informed me that the car is ready and ready for delivery. I informed the service manager(Surinder) to another 1 hour extra and inspect everything completed. When I took the test drive at 3 PM. Navigator was still not working neither there was a cruise control light working in the cluster. The service manager informed me everything was working and he will get it checked again. Even after multiple reminders, none started working on the car, when I reached to the General manager of the service center, explained my harassment of the last two day, the right, set of people were aligned but still no luck and another timeline of February 11, 2021, has been suggested with no update on the resolution.

Also, the estimated cost is increasing without resolving anything, the initial estimate was 500 to 1000, then 1500rs for wiring repair of switches, and then further increased to 3000rs for the same work not sure on what grounds it is increasing.

I understand sometimes it takes time to repair but keeping the car lying in the service center will not resolve my problem and I would like Mahindra to speak to the service center about the miserable experience I had and ensure a quick resolution to my problem.
