We requested to make a duplicate key for our xuv500. We ordered this on 7/05/18 reciept no. 1106. They asked to pay 3000 rs. For that key. We were told the key will come in a month. We got that key and even we paid the said amount. After that we were asked to bring the vehicle to the showroom for pairing up the key. Now for pairing up they are asking us to pay 2000 rs. More. This whole conversation was done with mrs. Sarita ma'am. This is not the correct way. Please take the necessary actions regarding this.
