Mahindra And Mahindra / Scorpio S2 — Poor customer service / cheating | |||
Sir /madam Maine ek mahindra scorpio s2 aapke patna dealer hav motors se 14th february 2016 ko khareedi thi. Mera d. O. Aur redgistration dono commercial ka tha. Mujhe showroom ki taraf se bataya gaya tha ki chuki meri gaadi ka redgistration commercial ka hai isliye mujhe mahindra ki taraf se ek kit provide kiya jaayega jisme owner ka insurance, kids ke liye scholarship aur bhi bahut saari cheeze usme hongi….. Car ki delivery ke samay bataya gaya ki showroom ki taraf se kit ke liye mahindra ko request kar diya gaya hai wo 7-10 dino me mujhe deliver kar diya jaayega… 10 din baad fir bataaya gaya ki head office se kit chal chuka hai 5-7 din me pahuch jaayega… 5-7 din baad fir kuchh bahana bana diya gaya…. 14th february 2016 se aaj tak mujhe 20-25 baar showroom se khaali haath return kar diya gaya ye kehte hue ki kit aane me aur 10-12 din lagega. Kya yahi hai mahindra ka customer care? Agar samaan nhi hi dena tha, customer ko cheat hi karna tha to pahle bataate hi nhi ki commercial redgistration waale ko mahindra ke taraf se koi kit diya bhi jaane waala hai… Car ki booking se delivery tak to aaplog aise treat karte ho jaise customer aapke liye bhagwaan ke barabar hai aur jab ek baar gaadi aapke dealer ke showroom se nikal gaie fir to aapka dealer customer ko pehchaanta tak nhi hai…. Kya yahi hai mahindra ka service? Jaha kaha jata hai ki “customer satisfaction is our priority” Mahindra ki service ne mujhe bahut niraash kiya….. Kya ab aap is par respond karenge?
