Mahindra And Mahindra — servicing problem

I am mr. Gopalkrishnam raju and i have given my bolero for servicing in your servicing centre. The vehicle number is od 18c 7191. I wasn't even a bit pleased with the servicing. And even they have delayed the delivery by 36 hours. Even the supervisor who have received my vehicle was very irresponsible while speaking to me. (The name of the supervisor is ramana and his ph no is [protected]). There was same problem like this even in the month of march this year but neon motors haven't rectified this yet. So i am mailing you this hoping that you will take proper action. And i have given my details below. For any clarifications and enquiries you can talk to me.
