I had purchased vehicle maxima supro from authorised dealer g3 motors nerul in march 2017.in may 2017 the vehicle was stolen and found after 2 days in parts stolen condition. Insurance claim was lodged. After lapse of 2 months thwre is no developments in repairs and claim settlement. Athe vehicle is on loan from bank of maharashtra panvel branch. I hereby give this notice of intimation that if the vehicle is not delivered within 8 days we would be compelled to lodge case with consumer court against the dealer company and insurance company for the business loss mental agony which may please be noted.
