A kuv100 k2 was bought in exchange of maruti ertiga vdi The traffic cases against the ertiga were to be settled by your dealer on my payment of the fine. An advance of rs.13800/- was collected. Issue, therir is a no due reflected on the police portal. But for accounting purposes we need the receipts for the amount paid as fine. This matter has been taken up with the dealer verbally on phone and by mail, but we have received no response. It is suspected that there is little or no payment made and that the sum collected is being appropriated towards their cost of the exchanged vehicle. This is unethical, kindly call on the dealer to Either furnish receipts for the sum paid as fine and refund the balance.
