Mahindra And Mahindra — Vehicle booked on 16th jan.2016, not delivered yet and no response from anyone | |||||
I had booked a Mahindra Kuv100 k2+ Designer grey color 6 seater on the 2nd day of the launch of the vehicle, they have started delivering the vehicle at all other outlet dealers and I still haven't got my car. Whenever i call the sales person he says, that the date is given of 19th April 2016 for my car. My point is why only my car is getting delayed so much, it is very frustating and ridiculous. Infact I have send 2 mails to Mr. Pawan Goenka, Anand Mahindra, Rajesh Jejurikar and Vivek Nayer. I have left a message on twitter as well, but none of them have answered anywhere, I have also sent the same mails to the customer care email address. The horrible dealer Global Gallerie, Thane says, since I have mailed their higher ups they are not even helping me or highlighting the case. This is such a bad experience of my life, I want my car ASAP or return my money ASAP if you can't deliver the car. Cheaters Mahindra.
