I am a proud customer of Mahindra XUV 400. Everting goes well - Satisfied with the performance and maintenance service of mahindra. Nightmare started with my EV's accident. With the service center's hope i towed my dream car to Schangalya bodycare service centre, pillayarkuppam, pondy. After a week o[censored]seless garage charges i enquired the status, But No response from body shop team. Frustrated and towed my vehicle to other garage only because of irresponsible bodyshop team. The sad part is when in asked for return of my advance they all of a sudden charged for estimation, which was not updated to the surveyor evenafter a week of this incidence. Till now (one and half months after incidence) after contacting several times to customer care manager, the team is least bothered to settle issues of the customer. Was this information helpful? |
