[Resolved]  Mahindra And Mahindra — Late Delivery of Car

Address: Amravati, Maharashtra

The car 3XO was about to arrive untill 19 march 2025 according to waiting period. And I planned to take the delivery on Gudi Padva. But the dealer is saying it will arrive in april. Also my this year's tax benefits are also gone. No discounts are also been offered by this company. Instead they are hiking the price of cars for the 3rd time within a year and 2nd time after my booking. Means already they are giving late delivery than waiting periods of 4-6 months and after that are also gonna charge for the price hike from the customer only.

I did post on X.com also and due to it, ASM connected me, although I tried alot before through customer care helpline but ut didnt work. At last car came before the price hike but delivery cant be made due some formalities. Still this kind of practices by automobile industry where the price are applicable during the time if delivery, is a major concern for customers. Government should focus on this particular problem also. Transport Ministry do not looks like they are in favour of vehicle buyers anymore. Taxes like never before and still this kind of services.
Mahindra And Mahindra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Its been 2 days but no action have been taken, not only on this platform but on customer care, dealer end, and wherever was possible.

So the car have arrived although its before price hike but still late. I think the system of automobile industry that the price of during the time of delivery will be applicable is not fine. Its just headache for those who have booked car with longer waiting period.
