g reetings for the day, Worst service experience in service quality of mahindra after sales. Day before yesterday i took my mahindra xuv500 to indraprastha wazir our for servicing at 35000. The estimate given me 20000rupees. I refused then today i received the call from mahindra service team only when i told that the car is only 1 year old and run only 35000 and you guys are asking 20000 for that she told me wait a moment let me check. After 5 minutes i received the call they said d sir you have to pay only 12000 for this service. Which means mahindra guys are slapping the customers by looking at the face. I have innovate and fortuner also that is about runned 1 lakh km but still every time i take for service the bill comes around 9k or 10 k then how mahindra claims to have low maintainance and then charging a huge amount from customers. The service adviser told me that everything will be changed when in fact the car is in mint condition. Mahindra service is filling there pockets only by making fool of consumers. I think that i have made a big mistake of buying this. When in fact we are getting service at every 10k then also how the amount every time increases and that service advisor had not inspected the car only given the job card and i refused. Earlier also mahindra service team makes fool of putting diesel addictive in car but in fact i was there in workshop whole time and found that they have not putter diesel addictive and other addictive only charged me. Then i went to gm and showed. This how they guys are working Spare parts are cheap of same brand in market which mahindra uses. Then also mahindra service is charging a lot from consumers and slapping there pockets by putting them into fear that if you not put this anything can happen to car. Which clearly shows either mahindra uses cheap products are they are not confident or they use to get workshop rent or labour expense from us. I request every mahindra customer to please get a close check in service and get in done in front of your eyes as they cheat also in parts also in billing the charge is higher then the part putter in your car also. They cheat in this also. And if your mahindra is done with 1lakh km they are slapping 50 k rupees for service and while toyota is charging nominal charges for that when in fact toyota is imported brand and mahindra is indian brand. Pls check your service or don't buy mahindra products as they slap after seeing your face that if you are capable to pay or not Was this information helpful? | |||
