My vehicle Mahindra Bolero Reg No;TN 07 CK 0196 met an accident on 25/10/2019 around 10:45am near my home, self drive no passenger were inside the vehicle and even i didnt receive any injury in this accident, i informed to shastri Nagar traffic Police station an an case was registered and CSR copy was issued to me for insurance claim.
i went to Mahindra India garage ( service station poonamallee Chennai to repair my vehicle, i was been coordinated by Sarath ( [protected])Customer relationship executive (CRE) for the service.
he made an survey and informed me the damages are heavy need to claim insurance so, i agreed and applied for insurance at Liberty General insurance company and my claim was approved by the insurance company. after received acknowledgement from insurance company they took my vehicle into service.
after 10 days later i called sarath to know the status of vehicle he said spare are ordered once received will start the work. on 25/11/2019 i again called him, he informed work is going on . later i went to service station and saw the work was going on . on first week of Dec 2019 sarath (CRE) called us for trail run .my self went and took the vehicle for test round and was unsatisfied and raised some of compliant wheel alignment and steering un controlled etc. sarath replied he will rectify and call me back, an a week later he called again for trail run .
i went and took and self drive again i found the same compliant. on dec 13 2019 sarath left an voice message stating that the alignment is not matched with the reading so he need to cut and weld an clamp under the chassis frame and adjust according to the steering control and wheel alignment or else we need to replace whole set of chassis frame, i suggest to go for replacement of chassis set through insurance sarath informed me its not possible now as the estimation of cost already approved by insurance company so we cannot apply for second time for claim . so sarath informed me he will take full responsibility
for the chassis if any damages occurs in future . so he started to cut the clamp and rewelded the clamp to check the alignment later he informed me that the clamp under chassis is adjusted and now the reading is matched so he called me for trail run and went for self drive and found unsatisfied as the same compliant persist as sarath ( CRE) informed me that maximum level has been adjusted.
he begged me to take the vehicle now and after 3 month you bring the vehicle so that he will claim insurance and replace the chassis frame . i disagreed but he said he will definitely replace the chassis after some time and assured me.
at last on 10/01/2020 he called and informed me that the vehicle is ready for delivery and need to pays an amount of Rs.17564/ as some spare didnt come under insurance so i paid the amount. on 10/01/2020 at 10:45 pm the vehicle was sent to me by vallet driver. . The next day i informed the vehicle is not running smooth seems to pull left side of the road he said to use for six month and bring the vehicle for service.
Note: The vehicle was left for service on 25/10/2019 to 10/01/2020.

on 25/08/2020 when i was driving with my pregnant wife and son towards madurantakkam at GST road around 8;00pm near vandallur an stone was hit by the car and i pulled left side of the road missed the lane and again i ramped into GST road suddenly i fund the steering is out of control, so i stopped the vehicle and check the tyres for puncture and found all tyres are normal again i checked under chassis the rod connecting wheel is lay down so immediately returned to my home and the next day i informed to india garage sarath ( CRE) about the incident and sent the photos of damages . sarath ( CRE) informed me to bring the vehicle to service station he will rectify and deliver the vehicle by 02/09/2020. i went ot india garage poonamallee on 26/08/2020 and met sarath and he said me to leave the vehicle in service station and he will check and update later. on 2n sep i called he said the vehicle is under inspection with senior bodyshop person he will let me know the status later.on 08/09/2020 sarath called informed me raise an claim under insurance for replacement of chassis. again on 08/09/2020 i applied for an claim and Mr.Periyasamy has been appoint to take survey of the vehicle on behalf of Liberty General insurance company.Periyasamy made survey and informed me that the damage is internal under the chassis an welding is done and its rusted now so the rod connecting to wheel is broken which will not be claimed by insurance and there is no external damages to the vehicle. its service station mistake they have to take responsibility and the claim has been rejected . i called to sarath he said me to contact his manager Mr.Ramprasad ( Body shop manager)he said he need some time to check the vehicle history and then give an reply. on 20th sep Called to Sarath he said to speak with Liberty Insurance people for claim again i called Mr.Sivakumar from Liberty
insurance and informed about the claim he said give me some time i check with my team and reply
.on 23/09/2020 Mr.Sivakumar from Liberty insurance informed me its internal damages so claim is not possible and told me to contact Mr.Vijay Joseph ( CEO) . so i went to the service station and met Mr.Vijay ( CEO) and discussed the issues and made an survey in front of me and said he need some time so that he will take this issue with top management and sort it out.on 27th sep again i went and met Mr.Vijay ( CEO ) to know the status he said he his speaking with the insurance top management and required some more time on 6th of october 2020 i went to see mr.vijay (BM) he said he didnt get any revert forthe insurance company so he needs some more time . on 12th i went to see mr Vijay he said
he is on leave and said to meet mr .Ramprasad (Body shop manager) i met him he said he require some time so that he knows some one in the top magement in the insurance company he will speak and get approval for replacement of chassis. on 19oct 2020 i went to see mr.Ramprasad ( body shop Manager ) he said the claim approval was rejected by the insurance company so the owner of the vehicle has to take responsibility .i am suprise and don't know what to do. also they have sent an estimation today 20/10/2020 but the estimation date mentioned as 1th sep 2020. for an amount of RS 136660/- who will bare the cost as at any point i have not made an mistake to take responsibility.

Note; Some of the photos shared through whatups by sarath (CRE) india garage was deleted by him recently as the photos are proofs of welding done in India garage service station.

Note: The vehicle was left for service on 26/08/2020 till 19/10/2020 date there is no response from India Garage .at last they said owner has to take response.

my question is why i should take response as the vehicle is not met with any accident and there is no external damages found and chassis welding was carried out in earlier service by sarath ( CRE) India garage poonamallee. and now the whole team from India gararge is refusing their mistakes and trying to hide as well as trying to cheat the customer of Mahindra motors.

as iam having an voice record of sarath (CRE) regading the welding work of chassis.

Almost i have travelled an year with india garage team to sort out my vehicle problem till there is no solutions.
the detail of person i contacted regarding this issue are given below if possible pls take immediate action and sort out the issue.

i hope and trust i will get justice in this problem by some of top managment people from mahindra motors.

or else i will take this matter to consumer court.

i have attached all proofs with voice record for better solutions.
