Mahindra Duro — not satisfied with dealer prem motors

i have purchased new duro mahindra from the dealer prem motors pinjore i met the accident i have replace some parts but he supplied me a scratchable part is(front cover) he told me that he changed with new one.but he did not bother about 8 months he asking & ignoring me he did not gave me any type of slipregarding my duro parts, so please take an strong action against dealer as soon as possible.
