Myself dillibabu s aged 40 from kr puram bangalore, this is regarding the complaint on car loan number 5474401 volkswagan polo, registration number ka03 nc8880

This car laon is under dilipkumar thirumalai from new byappannahalli bangalore, i stood as guarantor for this person as he was working in my company 2years back (Dhl express) after purchasing this car he resigned his job and moved away from bangalore and not changed his contact details,
After he purchased this car, not even single emi he has paid on time and i raised complaints to all your team ('vijayendra n' ; 'nodalofficer. [protected]@mahindra.com'; 's. K. [protected]@mahindra.com'; '[protected]@mahfin.com') through several mails as my cibil score is impacted very badly and i am unable to process for my home loan due to this issue, i begged every executive, officers and managers of mahindra fin corp to look into this and solve my issue, no one bothered till today, hence now i am registering this complaint on your website hope anyone will get back to me on this issue at the earliest, i request you to call me or fix an appointment with your team to discuss and resolve this issue, as my family is harassed is we are under huge huge trouble, please support, its my humble request

I have applied for loan in mahindra finance, loan amount of 20 lakh approved by mahindra finance but i have not yet received the amount in my hand. The representative ask me to submit notice of intimation. I have submitted it. Still they are not giving amount to me and they started deducting amount from my bank account. Also the branch manager and representative speaks arrogantly.

Please send my NOC of LOAN account 5958360, which is already in closed status. we had already applied for NOC from your Gurgaon sheetla mata road branch before 20 days. but we did not received my NOC till now.
so you are requested to arrange my NOC ASAP.

Due to some financial crises iam unable to pay my car emi the agent which comes at my home name jitendra joshi threatens my family and guarantor and said that he sent guarantor to the jail and he also call my landlord and neighbour's saying him that we are cheaters and fraud why he gave home on rent. My family is so afraid and try to commit sucide.

Want to my loan status i had all the required amount but still i don't the loan amount at my account. Now i want to know was that am i going to lost my money or am i going to get back my money. I allready paid 18000 around. So please kindly help me otherwise iam to launch an fir to the company. And by the way iam going to be viral your company all over the world. Try to solve my problem as soon as possible and help me.

I take loan of near 5 lack from mahindra finance on 2013 July for 4 Years. And settle my rest pending amount off 1, 48, 800 on Feb 2017 in 1, 20, 000 and I paid this amount by cheque. Now I get to know that my account was not settled at that time . And I have to pay Extra 60000 penalty on 28800 and 12000 yard charges. And my car was taken on 5/Jan/2020 by my driver in Haridwar. Please tell why I have to pay extra 1 lack for the loan which I already paid .

I'm kanimoli j from bangalore. I got a message that i am eligible for 4l and they sent me letter with symbol sign.
And asked me to pay 4600 for processing charge after paying in 10 mints the loan amount will disburse. But i got a msg that pay tdx tax of 18600 for the company and than loan will get i'm hand. But starting they didnt tell me about that if i request to refund the amount of 4600 also they didnt please i request you accept this complaint and see through it.

Dear india;i would like to inform to people all over india that please don't buy any products or loans from company name mahindra finance corporate office is in aurangabad. It is different from very reputed financial company mahindra and mahindra financial services ltd... They misuse there brand name in name of mahindra finance and give false promises and take money from customers. Beware not to take loan or any thi g from this mahindra finance....

Sir i have received call from your office from mobile number [protected] and landline also regarding disbursing of loan. They have advise me that one online policy is required to be purchase for distribution of loan and i have purchased rs. 1, 80, 000 amount in different insurance companies as suggested by them. But no loan has been sanctioned till date. You are requested to look into the matter

I want to change my guarantor, of my three wheeler finance, because of some personal reasons and bad behaviour of my guarantor with us, so i surjya narayan dakua want to change my guarantor from my loan account, i request you to change my guarantor. If i not do repayment in time then my guarantor is saying that i will take your vehicle, how can he take my vehicle, does you give right to guarantor's to take the vehicle from the owner of he cannot give installments in time, if a man doesn't repays loan amount upto 3 months then the finance department can cease a vehicle then how can a guarantor take the vehicle in one month, i want to change my guarantor or else block messages to my guarantor.

Dear sir&madam, in 08/11/2016 mahindira finance alloted me a loan sum of rs 3lakh 86 thousand my agreement number 4487485 and i have visited the orivali branch and pre-closed the loan by transfering the amount to mahindra finance reference id [protected] (Icici) on 25/11/2019, branch employees told me that it will take 15 days to receive noc, already 15 days are over but still not recived noc, evertime i visit/call borivali branch they are saying visit coming saturday
Pls provide me the noc as soon as possibel its very urgent too sell my vehicle.. Pls provide me the noc within 3 to 4 days that's my humble request to you

Yesterday i was on the way to garhganag for some medical issue. And recovery agent stopped me, i told them that i submitted 1 installment on 18/11/2019, and will deposit another 3 emi in the end of this month as well i had a word with rajeev chaudhary executive of mahindra finance o[censored]na himachal pradesh. Three guys stopped my car at ghaziabad and ask me to talk and sit in there car and they locked me in the car by using child lock and try to snatch a key from my hand when i oppose they forcefully took the key and after that they took my key and when they reach to compound and we were out of the car they said speak as i say else they will teach me a lesson and they make a video of me that they don't threaten me or ask any bribea.in the mean time i called rajeev to talk them that and sought out the things but he refused. This is my first and last experience with mahindra finance. Wrost experience of my life if somebody ask me about finance from mahindra i ll never suggest them to take a loan from u guys

This is to inform that illigal and fabricated finance by satya sahoo (S. E), pradeep das (S. E) and debabrata pati (B. M) has been made in the name jagmohan panda whivh is used by satya and others since 1 year. The loanee is unemploed and unable to pau emi which paid by staffs. As my nephew is not seasoned enough about loan they put him in this conspiracy. A fir also lodged in manchswar p. S. Bbsr to get the said vechicle by police interfere. Car have alredy been surrendered to company since 2 days. After running to brach so many times they didnt respndng to close the loan.
On the above facts nessecery action may be taken to resolve the issue. J

My name is neethuranjithnath, i have a car loan with mahindra finance contract number 5618614. I have received a call from mahindra head office. They said that i am eligible for a top up loan of an amount of 80000 for that my repayment of my car loan is on time. I have also got a message that my application number is [protected]. I have gone to calicut pottammal office and they said to submit the documents. I have submitted all the documents. Now they are rejecting my application without any reason. I have a good relationship with mahindra finance. Now the people in calicut office are very much insulting me by rejecting the loan without any proper reason. I want a proper reason for the rejection of my loan. Please do the needful.

Holding E-FD NO C19170868 IN FOLIO RC000743. I find their customer service is very poor once the FD is completed online. The website displays great online facility like bank update, TDS download etc.but most of them do not work and are just fancy items created by their technical team.The website is not even compatible for opening under antivirus like kaspersky where you get a warning not to open this website and can be subjected to hacking data.The website works okay when u want to take new FD since it is designed only for that to their benefits.

In my case I tried to update my bank details online but after you enter all details you get only error display of jumbled words and the bank data will remain as the existing one. If you send contact the customer care with error screenshot you will not get any resolution since they do not seem to have any literate personnel even to understand what is the query and prefer to remain silent forever. The error in their website is to their advantage i, e, they need not refund the amount when FD matures since bank details are not updated by the client and original bank account may be closed.
Please do not deal with this poor service oriented company where service is rendered like that of the Notorious BMC in Mumbai.

Kannan of anna nagar branch not given proper explanation of disbursement hence i have told to cancel my loan process and return my documents since i am not able to get the loan even after 20 days

Subject : (Clarification needed in writing regarding my vehicle loan and need to change my re-payment mode)

I, r. Santhosh kumar who is presently residing at 25, kumar nagar, manjakuppam, cuddalore having a vehicle loan from you, the loan agreement number as follows 5702942 which is active from the date of 30/september/2018. At time of proposal, your sales executive mr. Vinoth had handled me.
As per his guidelines i had submitted all the relevant documents for the loan procedure and successfully completed the tele-verification. I had paid the down payment, a sum of 3, 00, 000 inr to the dealer (Abt maruti ltd. Cuddalore) on 16/10/2018. Before this i had paid just a sum of 11, 000+8500 respectively in the month of 6/2018 and 8/2018.
At the time of proposal your executive clearly informed to my client that ‘the loan will be approved only after the submission of the down payment receipt and the loan amount will be transferred to the dealer within two days of the loan approval'.
Now the statement shows that the above loan was approved on 30/september/2018 and the amount had released to the dealer on 01/october/2018 from your side.
So that my health insurance and the life insurance taken by you in my name is lapsed on 30/september/2019.
I had sent 3 letters through register post with acknowledgment slip in the active loan period regarding the change in repayment mode and regarding the user login issues through your web portal. Still now the above mentioned issues are not resolved and i didn’t get any reply in writing.

Now i would like to know that in which manner you had released the loan amount to the dealer without paying a down payment from my side.

Usually the collection executive calls and texts me out of the working hours like 8.00am and 8-9.30pm.

I had submitted a claim form in my health insurance by last month, nearly 15 days over, still i didn't get any update from your insurance team.

I had filled a complaint in ingram after sending 3 letters regarding this to you which is not replied.

I had requested to change my payment mode, your customer care executive as yes but the branch manager says 'no'.

Now what can i do in this issue? And what is the you are going to give me?
