Sir/madam,

Subject : (Clarification needed in writing regarding my vehicle loan and need to change my re-payment mode)

I, r. Santhosh kumar who is presently residing at 25, kumar nagar, manjakuppam, cuddalore having a vehicle loan from you, the loan agreement number as follows 5702942 which is active from the date of 30/september/2018. At time of proposal, your sales executive mr. Vinoth had handled me.
As per his guidelines i had submitted all the relevant documents for the loan procedure and successfully completed the tele-verification. I had paid the down payment, a sum of 3, 00, 000 inr to the dealer (Abt maruti ltd. Cuddalore) on 16/10/2018. Before this i had paid just a sum of 11, 000+8500 respectively in the month of 6/2018 and 8/2018.
At the time of proposal your executive clearly informed to my client that ‘the loan will be approved only after the submission of the down payment receipt and the loan amount will be transferred to the dealer within two days of the loan approval'.
Now the statement shows that the above loan was approved on 30/september/2018 and the amount had released to the dealer on 01/october/2018 from your side.
So that my health insurance and the life insurance taken by you in my name is lapsed on 30/september/2019.
I had sent 3 letters through register post with acknowledgment slip in the active loan period regarding the change in repayment mode and regarding the user login issues through your web portal. Still now the above mentioned issues are not resolved and i didn’t get any reply in writing.

Now i would like to know that in which manner you had released the loan amount to the dealer without paying a down payment from my side.

Usually the collection executive calls and texts me out of the working hours like 8.00am and 8-9.30pm.

I had submitted a claim form in my health insurance by last month, nearly 15 days over, still i didn't get any update from your insurance team.

I had filled a complaint in ingram after sending 3 letters regarding this to you which is not replied.

I had requested to change my payment mode, your customer care executive as yes but the branch manager says 'no'.

Now what can i do in this issue? And what is the you are going to give me?

Please send me my no objection certificate noc of my second car cg11ad5905. The car is actually financed from magma finance, but my rc book showing mahindra and mahindra so i need noc from mahindra for name transfer.

कृपया मुझे मेरी second hand कार cg11ad5905 की अनापत्ति प्रमाणपत्र एनओसी भेजें। कार वास्तव में मैग्मा फाइनेंस से वित्तपोषित है, लेकिन मेरी आरसी बुक महिंद्रा एंड महिंद्रा दिखा रही है इसलिए मुझे नाम स्थानांतरण के लिए महिंद्रा से एनओसी की आवश्यकता है।

My vehicle no. Is rj 09gc 0611 owner of this vehicle is died on 24th nov., now ownership should be transferred on legal heir that is on his parents but finance doesent doing that they are just passing time and telling us it will be done in some days they took nine months but still nothing they did. It is an inlegal act and they have no rights to take emis without transferring name but they continue taking monthaly emi.

Sir, my brother had purchased one mahindra bolero zlx on feb 16th feb 2017and he expired on 18 august 2018 and after his expiry the financer are not paying my mls money. Financer say that the loan will be cleared only in case of accidental case not in normal dead. They torcher us that if we do not pay the loan amount they will take away the vehicle.

I want to know the procedure, how can i get the duplicate copy of noc.

Please support... I am waiting for your positive response.

I need to sell my car to other person, for that car need to be transfer on his name. I can not transfer my car on his name without noc.

I had opended an FD for Rs 100000 /- on name of my daughter Ms Riddhi Kaushal. FD no of my daughter is N1913227 and it had opened on 04 Jul 19. Account details of daughter havevalready been shared with your authorised mail of. But interest amount yet not been started to credit in her account.

Request look into the matter and into me accorgdingly.

Plz take some necessary action. I have solid proofs of the voice records and calls i have got... And cctv footage... And also he is abusing me saying he will come and sit at my home and take the money... He dosen't even have respect for customers... They treat us like slaves.
I told him i will pay in 2 days but he said he wont accept my payment if not paid the time he said... Such a bad experience. And irritating me always... Plz take some necessary action. And im planning to post it in all social media i can with the voice notes and experience.

Sir i'm mekhala from karnataka i applied loan of 7 lakhs rupees for education. The company name is mahindra finance who told me to send the required documents as per they told. I sent my documents. Then they told me send 5100 (17/08/19) as agreement fees, after paid of this amount they sent a copy of bond paper and approval letter on 10th aug, then they told to pay 12831 (21/08/19) 1st emi. Then i paid 14500 (26/08/19) as insurence fees and then they told to pay 10000 (29/08/19) as staffcomission. After this i called them they told wait for 2 hours. After 2 hours they are not picking the call. Sir please resolve this because i'm a single parent child. This amount is every important for me.

Please find the attachment of final settlement payment receipt.
Still my noc has been pending from your side. I have already cleared full and final settlement and bank passbook statement of due amount date of 20-aug-2019. Till did not get any response form my local branch sundarpur varanasi.
I have many time visit in the branch. Branch officer has been saying before payment your noc paper is released within 8 to 10 days. And after that i had paid full settlement amount. Now this time branch officer is saying you can wait 25 to 30 days.

Aside nodal officer - kindly expedite the process to release my noc paper. As per as soon possible.

I have same mail has been send mahindra finance but did not get any reply from mahindra side.

पिछले दिनों से मुझे महिंदरा फाइनेंस [protected] से लोन के लिए कॉल आयी उन्होंने मुझे 6 लाख के लोन देने की बात कही जो और मुझे धोखे से लाइफ इन्शुरन्स करवा दिया और फिर मुझे झूठा भरोसा दिलाते रहे के 15 से 20 दिन में आपका लोन मेरे खाते में क्रेडिट हो जायेगा उन्होंने जैसा कहा मैंने किया मुझे अपना घर बनाने के लिए पैसो की आवश्यकता थी इसलिए मुझे जो कहा वो करना पड़ा उनहोने 50000 रूपये सालाना का इन्शुरन्स करवा दिया जो की मुझे नहीं चाहिए था फिर मेरे उसके करवाने के बाद लोन की प्रकिरिया में NOC की आवश्यकता की बात कही और फिर से 30000 रूपये का इन्शुरन्स करवा दिया इस बार HDFC से और अगर लोन नहीं हुआ तो सारा पैसा वापस अकाउंट में मिल जायेगा जैसा की नहीं हुआ मैंने ब्याज पे सरे पैसे लिए है और वो मुझे चुकाने है जिनका ब्याज बढ़ता जा रहा है और अब मेरा फ़ोन कट कर रहे है, मुझे अपना सामान बेचना पड़ रहा है कृपया मेरी मदद करे।

I am rajendra yadavwas worked at mahindra auto loan finance najafgarh branch.3 june 2019 resignation reason i was give my resignation to hr manager as same day 17st july last working day don't give me relieving letter.
But now am wants the relieving letter, so try to understand and please give me the letter.
I will humble request to you as soon as possible you give me the relieving letter.

My name is Manikandan and I did a Fixed Deposit of 2 Lakhs online with Mahindra Finance on 6-Aug-19 and They said their officer will call to verify KYC. So far, nothing happen and nobody called - their customer care number keep on ringing, i tried several days calling their number[protected].

Please let me know, what i have to do to get either the FDR or refund...

I am kuldeep sanjay thakare, was worked at mahindra rural housing finance dhule branch in period 1 february to 31 june.
Therefore some reason i was give my resignation to hr manager as same day 31st june but they don't give me relieving letter.
But now am wants the relieving letter, so try to understand and please give me the letter.
I will humble request to you as soon as possible you give me the relieving letter.

On 10th of july 2019 I have deposited 7k INR in mahindra finance micro deposit scheme by online transaction. They haven't given any receipt to me regarding my deposited. And as per their norms they refund customers amount within 15 days if KYC found incomplete. Here I have given all required documents at the time of filling form and now they have put my application on KYC hold customer. Please help me in refunding my amount.

आवेदक राममिलन पटेल पिता श्री भगवत प्रसाद पटेल मेरा आर.एच.पी. नम्बर-4338929 है मेरा ट्रैक्टर रीवा जिले के मऊगंज ब्रांच से फायनेन्स है मेरे द्वारा महिन्द्रा फायनेन्स के कर्मचारी श्री अनिल कुमार पाण्डेय को 30, 000/- रूपया दिया था लेकिन आज तक उक्त रकम की रसीद मुझ आवेदक को नही दी गई है, जिस कारण से कम्पनी द्वारा मुझ आवेदक को प्रताड़ित किया जा रहा है। आवेदक काफी गरीब किसान है जिससे कम्पनी के द्वारा प्रताड़ित किये जाने के कारण आवेदक आत्महत्या करने की कगार पर है अतः आवेदक को उचित न्याय प्रदान करते हुए उक्त राशि की रसीद प्रदान कराये जाने की कृपा की जाय।

I have did online purchase of FD on 24th July 2019.

I was unable to login after FD payment was done. It says you are now depositor, use depositor login. In depositor login it ask for folio number.

With hard time getting customer care number, I called and they ask for application ID. Surprisingly, mahindra finance took money, stopped login, and never send an email with application ID on email entered during payment...
