I purchase my car through mahindra finance car loan. I have pay emi in time one emi over due only 2 months but ur staff behaviour like that i m a criminal in murder case and said i have to return my car to mahindra finance his name santosh form kollam/trivandrum branch.. His number is

Plz take some necessary action. I have solid proofs of the voice records and calls i have got... And cctv footage... And also he is abusing me saying he will come and sit at my home and take the money... He dosen't even have respect for customers... They treat us like slaves.
I told him i will pay in 2 days but he said he wont accept my payment if not paid the time he said... Such a bad experience. And irritating me always... Plz take some necessary action. And im planning to post it in all social media i can with the voice notes and experience.

Sir i'm mekhala from karnataka i applied loan of 7 lakhs rupees for education. The company name is mahindra finance who told me to send the required documents as per they told. I sent my documents. Then they told me send 5100 (17/08/19) as agreement fees, after paid of this amount they sent a copy of bond paper and approval letter on 10th aug, then they told to pay 12831 (21/08/19) 1st emi. Then i paid 14500 (26/08/19) as insurence fees and then they told to pay 10000 (29/08/19) as staffcomission. After this i called them they told wait for 2 hours. After 2 hours they are not picking the call. Sir please resolve this because i'm a single parent child. This amount is every important for me.

Still my noc has been pending from your side. I have already cleared full and final settlement and bank passbook statement of due amount date of 20-aug-2019. Till did not get any response form my local branch sundarpur varanasi.
I have many time visit in the branch. Branch officer has been saying before payment your noc paper is released within 8 to 10 days. And after that i had paid full settlement amount. Now this time branch officer is saying you can wait 25 to 30 days.

Aside nodal officer - kindly expedite the process to release my noc paper. As per as soon possible.

I have same mail has been send mahindra finance but did not get any reply from mahindra side.

पिछले दिनों से मुझे महिंदरा फाइनेंस [protected] से लोन के लिए कॉल आयी उन्होंने मुझे 6 लाख के लोन देने की बात कही जो और मुझे धोखे से लाइफ इन्शुरन्स करवा दिया और फिर मुझे झूठा भरोसा दिलाते रहे के 15 से 20 दिन में आपका लोन मेरे खाते में क्रेडिट हो जायेगा उन्होंने जैसा कहा मैंने किया मुझे अपना घर बनाने के लिए पैसो की आवश्यकता थी इसलिए मुझे जो कहा वो करना पड़ा उनहोने 50000 रूपये सालाना का इन्शुरन्स करवा दिया जो की मुझे नहीं चाहिए था फिर मेरे उसके करवाने के बाद लोन की प्रकिरिया में NOC की आवश्यकता की बात कही और फिर से 30000 रूपये का इन्शुरन्स करवा दिया इस बार HDFC से और अगर लोन नहीं हुआ तो सारा पैसा वापस अकाउंट में मिल जायेगा जैसा की नहीं हुआ मैंने ब्याज पे सरे पैसे लिए है और वो मुझे चुकाने है जिनका ब्याज बढ़ता जा रहा है और अब मेरा फ़ोन कट कर रहे है, मुझे अपना सामान बेचना पड़ रहा है कृपया मेरी मदद करे।

I am rajendra yadavwas worked at mahindra auto loan finance najafgarh branch.3 june 2019 resignation reason i was give my resignation to hr manager as same day 17st july last working day don't give me relieving letter.
But now am wants the relieving letter, so try to understand and please give me the letter.
I will humble request to you as soon as possible you give me the relieving letter.

My name is Manikandan and I did a Fixed Deposit of 2 Lakhs online with Mahindra Finance on 6-Aug-19 and They said their officer will call to verify KYC. So far, nothing happen and nobody called - their customer care number keep on ringing, i tried several days calling their number[protected].

I am kuldeep sanjay thakare, was worked at mahindra rural housing finance dhule branch in period 1 february to 31 june.
Therefore some reason i was give my resignation to hr manager as same day 31st june but they don't give me relieving letter.
But now am wants the relieving letter, so try to understand and please give me the letter.
I will humble request to you as soon as possible you give me the relieving letter.

On 10th of july 2019 I have deposited 7k INR in mahindra finance micro deposit scheme by online transaction. They haven't given any receipt to me regarding my deposited. And as per their norms they refund customers amount within 15 days if KYC found incomplete. Here I have given all required documents at the time of filling form and now they have put my application on KYC hold customer. Please help me in refunding my amount.

I had taken a loan on my vehicle and one of the emi bounced because of some reasons, i got a call from mahindra regional office to pay, i said that i it will be paid as soon as possible, she called me next day again and said that why are you not picking up calls and started being rude and behaving badly, instead of listening to me she started shouting at me, i called again to confirm her and so she didn’t pickup several times then another employee of mahindra picked up, when i asked the nam of that girl and complained about her behaviour other also said that just pay your amount and started being rude, the employee name is pooja yadav from indore mahindra finance branch that is situated on ab road. I hardeep singh want to state that i brought a new vehicle mahindra gusto no. Pb 03 ar 7593 from radha automobiles bathinda through mahindra finance co. Bathinda on dated 28/01/2017. I have cleared all dues in january 2018 against mahindra finance vehicle contract no. 4612489. I have deposited all dues. I had already sent my bank account statement to mr. Amit sharma[protected] and also submit in your branch. And one extra installment rs. 3180/- given to your company by cash on dated 10/05/2017. But yet i have not received my n. O. C. I'm applying for bike loan on 15th of may from kishtwar office and i already paid my margin money to showroom, but till now finance not to done from your end and your executive told me rates are not updated, its a huge time now.

I had finance my vichele RJ 47 CA 0785 at tonk mahindra finance branch .And I have deposited monthly installment at 4 july 2019.and consulting staff to clear remanig installment shortly .And ur tonk branch head omendra singh take bribe Rs 5000 and insure me that ur vehicle not rope, , but today without giving any notice and any information he rope my vehicle illegal way, when I call him that it's not fair he give me throde that if I would be cleared all payment he stole my vehicle parts .So plz solve my problem as soon as possible .Another way I will take action legally and will goes print and electronic media against ur company ..Thanking u.

I herewith bring to your kind knowledge, that I am running a Hotel business named *'Hotel Jayasangeetha'* since 2012 at Vikravandi Toll plaza, *Villupuram District, Tamilnadu.*

I have availed a loan from your concern for *Rs. 10, 00, 000/-* holding the account number *ISBL[protected] on March 2017.* And I have paid installment amount periodically.

Due to my health issue I couldn't able to pay the EMI properly sometimes on the specified date. Now I'm ready to settle the loan amount and its interest but without penalty.

Regarding this closure, I used to discuss with the collection person and as well as with the Branch Manager so many times for the past three months. Though I was not directed or guided properly to close my loan account by them. Instead they didn't even consider my request and redressal.

So that, I request you kindly consider my redressal and deduct the penalty amount which will facilitate me to pay my loan settlement amount fully.

This property which I mortgage is only my asset for my life. Hence I wish to release and get back my only asset.

So, kindly consider my request and direct the concern personnel to get closed my loan account as soon as possible and do favour to me and my family.

Hi,

I created an account and paid Rs. 2L for FD post which I got to a transaction successful page. After that I clicked Next/Finish and got a blank page.

Now when I try to login using my username and password, it says:
"You are already registered with us. Please use Existing Depositors login option."

And when i try to login as existing depositor, it is asking for folio number & FDR number which I never received as it was a blank page that came after transaction successful page.

Neither did I receive any email/sms from Mahindra finance to get the details about my FD.

Please help.
