Updated by ram1946 I received a call from [protected] informing the FD amount is received and under Process. But I received a mail contrary to above as attached. The attachment mention i need to go to their office and fill in forms etc. But the FD amount has been received by the Company which was done ONLINE. From these message contradictory each other i conclude this is fraudlent company and warn the public not to use their website. In the meantime I will explore where to Lodge FIR aginst the company for cheating after the amount is received and then clarifying no FD is done because of server error etc.

Updated by ram1946 I am sorry that a wrong email has been attached which is not related to Mahindra Finance. I received a caal from the company informing the FD is under Process. No executive is required to visit unless there is some issues with KYC. Thanks for getting response.

Dear sir,
My name is Manjunath.N s/o Nanjegowda, my Auto loan account NO:5134070 Swift VDI
it is for your kind information that i had taken the Auto loan from Mahindra Finance to
buy Swift VDI from Mandovi True value show room, Basaveshwara nagar, bengaluru.
From the very first month it self i am regularly paying my loan EMI's to your finance
company till today with out any dues.
But surprisingly when i see the loan statement OF THIS MONTH in CIBIL it is showing
that my loan EMI's are over due for an amount of 47, 800 INR .which is a clear violation
of proper loan account maintenance from your side.
It might be because of the same name of the other person Mr.Manjunath .N
his Auto loan account no is 4421170, he had taken the loan from your Mahindra Finance
to buy Swift Dzire (Cab).
In CIBIL wrongly his Auto loan over due EMI's were showing in my
Auto loan account, which you are not suppose to do.
Your poor administrative maintenance is total responsible for this wrong Auto loan account
statements of both accounts.even after my regular loan payments and no over dues also,
my Auto loan account is showing over due, because of which i am loosing my CIBIL score.

TO rectify this wrong entries, i contacted your company's local branches at DR.Rajkumar road,
Magadi Road and Mathikere in Bengaluru . But their response is very bad and irresponsible,
finally i lost my patience, so i am lodging this complaint before you through this mail to make
suitable corrections in both auto loan accounts.

So please go through the both Auto loan accounts( a screen shot of CIBIL statement is here
with attached ) and rectify the entries with in two days.

I hope you will not lead this issue to took it to any further legal actions.

Updated by mukeshs19866 Still i didn't get any response from Mahindra Finance side...waiting for some positive response, the customer wants to settle the loan amount so Mahindra Finance should be support to clear it, but unfortunately they are not :(...
