I happened to apply for online fd under reference application fq19a59746 with online payment in the name of my wife c r radha.in the mail received the company mentions customer care number [protected] and email id support. [protected]@mahfin.com for any query before generation of fd.

It is to be noted that the number [protected] will never be attended by anyone. You will be asked to press 1 forfd or 9 for operator. The company appears to fool the customer by giving statutory purpose kep number never attended by anyone.

The email id also is fictious since you will not get any response even in form of acknowledgement auto response.in short one should avoid having relation with this company which has only facility to collect application amount online and after that the customer has to run pillar to post since the service is like a muncipal corporation which also has improved in the recent past. Advise to avoid such poor service oriented companys for term deposits where one has no access for service.

The company's website has facility to apply for ONLINE Fixed deposits. I used their site for opening ONLINE deposit and completed successfully the application along with Online Payment of Rs 25000.

BB)All documents of KYC uploaded successfully but the email message i received mentioned that their executive will contact me and verify and collect documents.
CC) To my surprise Nobody did contact me after this and all my efforts to contact their customer care Number or email ID support.[protected]@mahfin.com has been in vain. Telephone is not attended by anyone. Mails sent immediately bounce. Wonder whether this is a fraudulent webiste in view of the poor service.

Would like to know whether the FD transaction is correct and the company is genuine so that I need not Lodge FIR if fraudulent. If genuine then it is poorest service oriented company and one should not deal with this company unless they need tension.

it is for your kind information that i had taken the Auto loan from Mahindra Finance to
buy Swift VDI from Mandovi True value show room, Basaveshwara nagar, bengaluru.
From the very first month it self i am regularly paying my loan EMI's to your finance
company till today with out any dues.
But surprisingly when i see the loan statement OF THIS MONTH in CIBIL it is showing
that my loan EMI's are over due for an amount of 47, 800 INR .which is a clear violation
of proper loan account maintenance from your side.
It might be because of the same name of the other person Mr.Manjunath .N
his Auto loan account no is 4421170, he had taken the loan from your Mahindra Finance
to buy Swift Dzire (Cab).
In CIBIL wrongly his Auto loan over due EMI's were showing in my
Auto loan account, which you are not suppose to do.
Your poor administrative maintenance is total responsible for this wrong Auto loan account
statements of both accounts.even after my regular loan payments and no over dues also,
my Auto loan account is showing over due, because of which i am loosing my CIBIL score.

TO rectify this wrong entries, i contacted your company's local branches at DR.Rajkumar road,
Magadi Road and Mathikere in Bengaluru . But their response is very bad and irresponsible,
finally i lost my patience, so i am lodging this complaint before you through this mail to make
suitable corrections in both auto loan accounts.

So please go through the both Auto loan accounts( a screen shot of CIBIL statement is here
with attached ) and rectify the entries with in two days.

I hope you will not lead this issue to took it to any further legal actions.

Hi, My name is Sam Isaac and I had taken a car loan from Mahindra Finance, Chennai a few months back. I wanted to know the balance amount required for the pre-closure of the loan for which I contacted the required persons. Mr. siva, the senior accountant has failed to respond to us properly in spite of calling him more than 10 times. we had to finally go to the office and ask him to do the simple task of looking into his system and telling us the amount. He was very lethargic and I am completely disappointed with the service provided by you. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS APPROPRIATELY.

As per agreement no. 3597049 i was taking a loan from mahindra finance, dibrugarh branch, assam. Now i want to close the loan and i have deposited a cheque an amount of rs. 103645.00 on 15/3/2019. The said amount deducted from my account on 16/3/19 but till today on 26/03/19 the loan is not close and not updated my cibil report. As per norms this update may be done within 24hrs from collection of money, if next 24hrs it will not be updated i am bound to take help of honourable consumer court.

My Mother Pattathal has got a loan with an account no. XRESSLM00001902 from MAHINDRA RURAL HOUSING FINANCE LTD. We have done an pre closure before the 20 months of Loan ending date. Pre closure amount is Rs.1, 44, 483. Attur branch Manager has got Rs.1, 44, 483 from my mother by cash. But Rs.1, 40, 100 has been taken as returned loan amount and the remaining Rs.4000 has been taken by the manager as Write-off settlement and he has uploaded the cibil as Write-off settlement.

Then when I went to check the cibil only, I came to know that they have done updated the cibil score by Write-off settlement. This is a big mistake. The branch manager for his own benefit, he has done like this. Now we are in issue of cibil. Now you please correct the cibil. One thing manager has to pay Rs.4000 and update it or else I am ready to pay the amount also.

Please correct the cibil and update, Sir. On 19.12.2018 we have closed the account, Sir. But the Cibil has not be updated. Still it is showing due, Sir.

Please correct all the issues and update the cibil, Sir.

Respectively i laxmidhar majhi as a customer of your company (Mahindra finance) beg to state that my bolero pickup van no - od22d3051. I have no default installment. On dt. 05/03/2019 at 11p. M. Mr saumya prakash ram (Agent in mahindra finance) stopped my van at anandapur bazar, keonjhar district, odisha to called me a defaulter customer. As i denied this, he misbehave with me, torture me with other some people and called me to take my van to the police station. Suddenly some local people saved me to take my van to go away.

Dear mahindra finance team,
I took a supro mahindra mini van on my mother name in may-2018 and this vehicle we took on loan from same mahindra finance, after 10 month continuous payment on time my vehicle installment, i want to settle the loan amount for that many times i follow up to mr. Kaushal (Totally unprofessional guy) who is working in chhapra mahindra finance from 20 feb 2019 to till today but he is just replying very simple e. G tomorrow morning, monday, wednesday even he don't want to reply properly still i am waiting for settlement amount so how much i need pay to close the vehicle loan amount.. I am nri working in qatar doha,

Science starting from may 2018 when i went to take the vehicle his behave is totally unprofessional and rudely, even he don't know how to talk to customer, but i was just ingraining it but now its over and i hope mahindra finance team will take some investigation about his behavior with customer.

I am totally unhappy with chhapra mahindra finance team, nothing is called professional there.. If mahindra will keep like this employ to deal with customer trust me maximum people won't visit next time.

My ecs due date is 5 th every month. But your bank deduct amount in my account twise is 8411/- and not reflect in my loan account. Fist deduct 1/1/2019 is 8411/- and 1/03/2019 is 8411/- similarly.
But this amount not credited in my loan account. And my emi amount is 4059/- and how to you debit 8411/- as well as this amount not credited in my loan account.
I complain arvi mah cc branch. But he can't solved my problem. Also i give proof to her. Manager name. Mahesh choudhari..

As per finace in your sector regarding commericial loan vehicle mahindra blazo pb 11cp1489 name of harvinder kaur.
It was buyed in septmber and recently last december it was stuck by accident on 12 dec 2018 in jaipur.now still it was still standing in company
karn automobiles kond karnal haryana.
By this i can survive from finacial problem.due to this i cannot paid my emi of rs 65000.
We are paying the installment genuinely on 10th of d month but last in december it could deduct and i had balnce in account of harvinder kaur so in emergency i withdrew money from accout on 14/dec/2018 and my emi date was autodebit i had filled d form of nach activation but emi was no deduct due to your technical as per recovery employee ask.
So now on days when my vehicle is ready then i will pay by hook and crook.
But everytime your company give threating and nobody goes to karn automobile why it has been late so i was very frustrated and embrassed due to non vehicle ready rambir singh said it was prepared.plz view.

I had resigned on 14-may-2018,
Reason: harassment made by fes abm, swaraj dealer with dm support.

I have served 90 days of notice period and my last working day was 13-august-2018.

After that i haven't went for duty but these hr people internationally put extra 18 days attendance.

On 1-september-2018 initiated transfer letter to haveri branch, finally terminated from my job.

My question why hr people initiated transfer as i already resigned.

Now issue went up to police station booked case on both company and me.

As every month money get deducted on 5th of every month and in dec they didnt had cheques so not even informed me and didn't deducted the amount and after few days asked cheques and when i provided that so they placed a cheque after 20th of month and without informing me.
So money was not available and they started applying penalty.
When i contact customer care they said will waived off the penalty amount but nothing happened till now

I agreed for the roi 9.5% mahindra executive told me. But after i received the loan i surprised to see the roi charged is more than double around 21%
I informed their executive also.
Again, without my consent they had deducted my money rs. 1700 for the health insurance from royal sundaram.
After that i called mahindra finance many times and asked to cancel the health insurance and reverse the money and credit to my bank account. There was no response from mahindra finance.
Then i personally followed up royal sundaram and managed to cancel the health insurance
On 6th dec 2015 i received the e-mail from royal sundaram mr. Venkatakrishnan that rs. 1458 is returned to mahindra finance - i uploaded the copy of his e-mail for your reference in this complaint.
I requested mahindra finance to credit that amount to my personal account
But they have not credited.
But my emi 4790 was deducting every month.
I paid full emi amount and interest finally on 30/12/2017 i visited mahindra finance and discussed and paid additional amount and closed the loan they instructed me to apply for the noc.

But at that time, i was busy in other works and i was out of bangalore so i was not able to apply for noc.
On 19 jan 2019 again i visited mahindra office asked for the noc but they are asking me to pay some more money this is absolutely wrong to ask money like that
Ms, yeshaswini from mahindra finance that branch is not ready to give noc
There is hypothecation in my car rc book required to be removed for this i required noc from mahindra finance
Mahindra finance is just misusing others money and demanding money unnecessarily
Kindly help me to get the noc. Or please suggest can i file the case in the court against mahindra finance for not issuing the noc?
