I am nishant chaturved i take loan from mahindra in 2017 every month i m paying my installment mahindra executive using abusing they are calling in 10.30 night after drinking they are saying that they are owner of the company you are nothing we had given u loan, tumhari aukad nhi h n all at every month i m paying my installment but this kind of behavior will not applicable at all some peoples have very good manners to talk but some peoples really doing mentall harassment mahindra executive no subbu vishkarma contact no [protected]

मेरा नाम सुरेन्द्र कुमार गोतम है, मेने अभी एक नया ट्रैक्टर स्वराज 735 लिया है जिसका लोन के लिये आपकी कोटा शाखा के अधिकारियों से मेरी फ़ाइल मुझसे जूठा आस्वासन दिला कर कंपलीट करा ली गयी है, अब फाइल कंपलीट होने के बाद उन्होंने मेरी क़िस्त की राशि को बदल दिया है जो हमारी बात फ़ाइल हस्ताक्षर करते वक़्त हुई थी उसके अनुसार उन्होंने प्रति किस्त 1500 रुपये बड़ा दिए है
मेरा लोन amt:-277791/- का है
जिसकी किश्त 6*58300 बता है पहली किस्त दिसम्बर माह एवम दूसरी किस्त नवम्बर माह में आनी तय है
जब कि फाइल कंपलीट करते समय मुझे 56800*6 किश्त बताई गई थी जीसकी 1 क़िस्त दिसम्बर व दूसरी नवम्बर माह में आना तय है
अब में उनको फाइल वापस करने का बोल रहा हु तो बोल रहे IHM जमा हो गया वापस नही हो सकता.
Kota (RJ) के ABM :- Ashok kumar sharma [protected] ने मुजे गुमराह करा ओर बोलै म आपकी किसत मिला दूंगा ओर बाद मैं बोल रहे है कि अब कूछ भी नही हो सकता
ओर मुकेश जी ने मेरी फ़ाइल कंपलीट कराई वो बोल रहे है कि मेरे सीनियर अशोक जी अप्रूवल नही दे रहे है श्रीमान से निवेदन है कि यतो मेरी क़िस्त यतावत करआ दीजिये या rs 9000 rupye का भुगतान मेरे खाते में करा दीजिये या फिर मेरा लोन निरस्त करा दीजिये ओर मेरा IHM का पैसा वापिस करा दीजिये, इसमे मुख्य बात यह है कि स्टाम्प भी मेने नही खरीद कर दिया है

I got a call that my personal loan for 1 lakh is approved in mahindra finance (Attached proof) and asked me to transfer rs 5100 for registration (Attached proof), agreement fees rs 6500 (Attached proof) and declaration fees rs 5000 (Attached proof).

Post payment again they are asking rs 9000 for gst. Later when enquired found that they are cheating. Below website details and contact details. Please help me refund my amount and take necessary actions. I am working mother, i had applied for my kids school and house advance - personal loan.

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am Akhil Kumar, i bought a Ertiga car in the year 2014 using your Mahindra Mahindra finance (Nagercoil Brach) help, the duration of the finance was 5 yrs. After the completion of the finance, we got the noc form, but we did not get the second key from your finance.

When asked in the showroom they advised us to check with the place who issued the noc form, but from Finance they said they did not have the car key. I have been shuttled from one place to another for the car key. Its almost a month now we did not get any response from the mahindra finance regarding my car key. The response from the mahindra finance staffs Mr. Senthil & Mrs Subha is very assault and very rude, they are saying that "we don't have a key what ever you want to do do it". I attached a proof from the showroom issued the key to finance and received proof.

I am frustrated and also scared if someone will steal my car using the second key. Finally I got your email address and mailing you. Please kindly look into this issue and do the needful. Hoping a positive response from your end.

I always pay my EMI via net banking, this time money deducted from bank but finance provide me msg of not successful transaction, what a useless system is this, not expected from mahindra . what is meaning of such msg, where I have to tally this amount when I will get it back

Have taken a wagon r through mahindra car loan in june 2017. Have been paying the car loans regularly and due to my health issues for the past one month had to take medical leave and this month emi through ecs got returned. Mr. Mathiazhagan from t nagar mahindra finance collection had been following for the 2 emi's and have been answering to his phone calls till last saturday giving him my actual situation about my health status. But he was very rude over the phone and yesterday dtd 26th apr he called up and was talking like a goon saying that he will seize the car from my home and challenging that he will make me regret that why i have taken a car loan from mahindra finance which is totally uncalled for inspite of me assuring him to make payment by monday dtd 29th apr positively. This is my second car loan through mahindra finance and requesting you to kindly inform the concerned head of mahindra finance car loan collection head about this staff. Thanking you.

Sir my loan contract i'd is 4783152, on 10july 2018 i paid full settlement 4.29 by cheque after few days they told me that your july emi is due bcoz same day you did settlement so it might bounced i pay july emi too on 28 aug 2018 but till yet they are saying i have 54000 dues bcoz your one emi was bounced the same day when i spoke with the person during the full payment 4.29 lac he says don't worry u had paid full amount now they are not clearing my loan also not giving a valid answer. Kindly do the needful asap. Also the behaviour is worst ever i seen.

I happened to apply for online fd under reference application fq19a59746 with online payment in the name of my wife c r radha.in the mail received the company mentions customer care number [protected] and email id support. [protected]@mahfin.com for any query before generation of fd.

It is to be noted that the number [protected] will never be attended by anyone. You will be asked to press 1 forfd or 9 for operator. The company appears to fool the customer by giving statutory purpose kep number never attended by anyone.

The email id also is fictious since you will not get any response even in form of acknowledgement auto response.in short one should avoid having relation with this company which has only facility to collect application amount online and after that the customer has to run pillar to post since the service is like a muncipal corporation which also has improved in the recent past. Advise to avoid such poor service oriented companys for term deposits where one has no access for service.

The company's website has facility to apply for ONLINE Fixed deposits. I used their site for opening ONLINE deposit and completed successfully the application along with Online Payment of Rs 25000.
AA) I got a confirmation mail as under:

BB)All documents of KYC uploaded successfully but the email message i received mentioned that their executive will contact me and verify and collect documents.
CC) To my surprise Nobody did contact me after this and all my efforts to contact their customer care Number or email ID support.[protected]@mahfin.com has been in vain. Telephone is not attended by anyone. Mails sent immediately bounce. Wonder whether this is a fraudulent webiste in view of the poor service.

Would like to know whether the FD transaction is correct and the company is genuine so that I need not Lodge FIR if fraudulent. If genuine then it is poorest service oriented company and one should not deal with this company unless they need tension.

Updated by ram1946 I received a call from [protected] informing the FD amount is received and under Process. But I received a mail contrary to above as attached. The attachment mention i need to go to their office and fill in forms etc. But the FD amount has been received by the Company which was done ONLINE. From these message contradictory each other i conclude this is fraudlent company and warn the public not to use their website. In the meantime I will explore where to Lodge FIR aginst the company for cheating after the amount is received and then clarifying no FD is done because of server error etc.

Updated by ram1946 I am sorry that a wrong email has been attached which is not related to Mahindra Finance. I received a caal from the company informing the FD is under Process. No executive is required to visit unless there is some issues with KYC. Thanks for getting response.

From the very first month it self i am regularly paying my loan EMI's to your finance
company till today with out any dues.
But surprisingly when i see the loan statement OF THIS MONTH in CIBIL it is showing
that my loan EMI's are over due for an amount of 47, 800 INR .which is a clear violation
of proper loan account maintenance from your side.
It might be because of the same name of the other person Mr.Manjunath .N
his Auto loan account no is 4421170, he had taken the loan from your Mahindra Finance
to buy Swift Dzire (Cab).
In CIBIL wrongly his Auto loan over due EMI's were showing in my
Auto loan account, which you are not suppose to do.
Your poor administrative maintenance is total responsible for this wrong Auto loan account
statements of both accounts.even after my regular loan payments and no over dues also,
my Auto loan account is showing over due, because of which i am loosing my CIBIL score.

TO rectify this wrong entries, i contacted your company's local branches at DR.Rajkumar road,
Magadi Road and Mathikere in Bengaluru . But their response is very bad and irresponsible,
finally i lost my patience, so i am lodging this complaint before you through this mail to make
suitable corrections in both auto loan accounts.

So please go through the both Auto loan accounts( a screen shot of CIBIL statement is here
with attached ) and rectify the entries with in two days.

I hope you will not lead this issue to took it to any further legal actions.

I wanted to know the balance amount required for the pre-closure of the loan for which I contacted the required persons. Mr. siva, the senior accountant has failed to respond to us properly in spite of calling him more than 10 times. we had to finally go to the office and ask him to do the simple task of looking into his system and telling us the amount. He was very lethargic and I am completely disappointed with the service provided by you. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS APPROPRIATELY.

As per agreement no. 3597049 i was taking a loan from mahindra finance, dibrugarh branch, assam. Now i want to close the loan and i have deposited a cheque an amount of rs. 103645.00 on 15/3/2019. The said amount deducted from my account on 16/3/19 but till today on 26/03/19 the loan is not close and not updated my cibil report. As per norms this update may be done within 24hrs from collection of money, if next 24hrs it will not be updated i am bound to take help of honourable consumer court.

Pre closure amount is Rs.1, 44, 483. Attur branch Manager has got Rs.1, 44, 483 from my mother by cash. But Rs.1, 40, 100 has been taken as returned loan amount and the remaining Rs.4000 has been taken by the manager as Write-off settlement and he has uploaded the cibil as Write-off settlement.

Then when I went to check the cibil only, I came to know that they have done updated the cibil score by Write-off settlement. This is a big mistake. The branch manager for his own benefit, he has done like this. Now we are in issue of cibil. Now you please correct the cibil. One thing manager has to pay Rs.4000 and update it or else I am ready to pay the amount also.

Please correct the cibil and update, Sir. On 19.12.2018 we have closed the account, Sir. But the Cibil has not be updated. Still it is showing due, Sir.

Please correct all the issues and update the cibil, Sir.
