Dear sir

I have taken car loan on 03/04/2013, contract no-2529456 name - balaji t, vehicle no tn 10 ak -8775. After some month my vehicle struggled in chennai flood. So i have spend more than 2lakhs to recover my vehicle and also i informed about this issues to the branch manager 27/01/2016. That time visited branch & said same they said will take care. Once you will finish your emi we will waive off your charges but now i am cleared all my emi's but still now noc not recieved. Now collection persons using abusive languages & harrasing my old age parents. And calling to my reference and threatening. I need my noc & my orginal key.

Since then i am facing a terrible experience with m&m. Customer support, nodal all are worst support. All of them just tell me to wait regarding my dispute.

    I have transfered an amount of rs.25000/- on line from my sbi account on 08/11/2018 for creation of an fd and also uploaded my kyc documents and copy of axis bank cheque leaf as desired on 25/11/2018. However i have not received the fd recipt either physically or by mail. Please send the fd receipt by mail to my mail id; [protected]@gmail.com at the earliest.

      Dear sir/madam

      I had taken a four wheeler loan from mohindra finance jorhat branch assam. I took loan on 2017 august... I requested for ach service for auto debit my emi from my account.. I submitted written request also to the branch. But the accounts dept of the branch had denied to provide me the requested service... It is not done till today for which i am not able to pay my emi on time..

      I am surprised that how a respected company can do same with the customer.. Is it for profit making by doing cheque dishoner? If it is so i will approach legally to the respective branch...

      Hence requesting you to take any necessary action or i will approach to legal authority

        I have paid my installment to my account. But it was not properly documented to my account. When we reached out to finance company. They promised and gave the letter signed with seal that they will reduce the amount in final closing. But now they wants to pay the full amount without reducing the amount which they promised. I have never faced such type of worst finance company. Then for what # the people are working in this company.

          I had taken home loan from your bank.
          First I received cheque very late.
          Second my preemi was deducted before me getting cheque
          Third now they are asking for one emi for March18 but I received my cheque on 27 march and I deposited on same day
          The cheque was printed on 31st Jan 2018, but they didn't give me
          I have paid all my emis according to me after me recieving the amount
          They are threatening me every time
          Please help in this matter

            This is rajesh yesterday i went to tiruppur mahindra finance located in bangalow stop, i asking about our balance and paid payment details and he said that now we are not possible to provide hard copy rightnow due to power shutdown, and said so we i'll sent you by mail tomorrow then again i ringup to him at morning they reply us here some problem to sent mail like that, this is not a procedure to handle your customers

              It has been very disappointing experience at your branch.

              1st when i visited on 25th aug, i was told that i have been charged multiple times for ecs bounce, when confronted i was told that charges for ecs bounce in year 2015 (Sep to nov) for 3 months will be reversed as it was branch...

                  This is to inform you that i hv made a payment of rs.100000/- through net banking on 21/11/18 at about 3.10 pm to mahindra finace and the amount got debited from my bank of baroda, choolaimedu branch, chennai. But, they have not issued acknowledgement for the transaction.

                      We have pre closed loan with loan no 5503584 on 17th october and since then we are struggling to get noc, i spoke to your narsinghpur representative and he said noc is ready since 29th of october but still not sign, does you bank is even worse than govt organization who takes weeks of time just to sign the noc? God's knows then how long it will take it to send from jabalpur to narsinghpur branch, worst banking experience i have ever faced, you just took a day time to give the loan so why this much fuss when we close it by doing the full payment.

                          I had taken a car loan from Mahindra finance for a tenure of 4 years. All my Emi’s were paid promptly but in between one Emi had bounced. Now the tenure is completed and I also paid Emi that bounced. Now they are not providing me theNOC as they are asking me to pay bounce charges of 30000. My Emi itself was only 22700/- and they’re saying that the bounce charges includes interest for all the months. I asked them for a waiver but no response. I send them emails 3 times but never received a reply.
                          I now need to sell my car and I need the NOC and rcbook to sell it and I’m not able to sell it. Kindly let me know what I can do.

                          Finally someone contacted me from Mahindra finance and asked me to pay 22200/- towards bounce charges. I now have no other option that paying the amount and getting my NOC. But thanks a lot for helping me out. If I had not complained no one would've reached me too.. TY

                          No one has reached me about the issue yet. It’s actually getting delayed and I’m unable to sell my car due to NOC as the bank wants me to pay the complete amount of 32k.

                          Finally someone contacted me from Mahindra finance and asked me to pay 22200/- towards bounce charges. I now have no other option that paying the amount and getting my NOC. But thanks a lot for helping me out. If I had not complained no one would've reached me too..

                            ओर मेने अपकेअधिकारियो को इस बारे में अवगत करा दिया
                            एवं मेने अपनी फ़ाइल हटाने की रिकवेस्ट की ओर आवेदन दिया उस बात को करीब 2 महीने हो चुके है और मेरा डाटा आज तक साफ नही हुआ और आपके अधिकारी टालमटोल कर रहे है और आपकी कम्पनी ने मेरे account से पैसे भी काट लिए है जिसकी वजह से मुझेबहुत परेशानी उठाना पड़ रही है

                              Subject - complaint against kundan hyundai, pimpri, pune

                              I am writing this to lodge a complaint against one of the hyundai showroom in pune. I went to book a tourist car [hyundai xcent] at kundan hyundai before 2 week. They offered me scheme of rs. 40000 as a down payment and suggest me to take a finance from mahindra. I had very high expectations from it, but i was disappoint with the service.
                              They provide me a quotation like - rs.735000/- on road prize of hyundai xcent but actually on road price of xcent is 685000/- (Increase 50000) and told us that they will provide us on-road 90% loan. As their prize is already high than actual price it means they will disburse 100% loan from your side. They even didn’t mention variant in quotation. I request you to, please check invoice you will find what kind of fraud happening here.

                              After investigating more i found that on every model their prices are very from actual price (At least 50000 to 70000 more than the actual prize) they are cheating with each and every customer and off course your finance company too likes this.

                              Not only me but everyone has lot of emotion attached with their first car, thus i would like you to take all necessary action so that we can restrict this things.
                              I request you to attend to the complaint and take suitable action as soon as possible.
                              I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.
