I have taken car loan on 03/04/2013, contract no-2529456 name - balaji t, vehicle no tn 10 ak -8775. After some month my vehicle struggled in chennai flood. So i have spend more than 2lakhs to recover my vehicle and also i informed about this issues to the branch manager 27/01/2016. That time visited branch & said same they said will take care. Once you will finish your emi we will waive off your charges but now i am cleared all my emi's but still now noc not recieved. Now collection persons using abusive languages & harrasing my old age parents. And calling to my reference and threatening. I need my noc & my orginal key.
Since then i am facing a terrible experience with m&m. Customer support, nodal all are worst support. All of them just tell me to wait regarding my dispute.
