Dear sir/madam,

I have financed a mahindra bolero pick up from mahindira finance services on 28/12/2015 my loan account no is 4026133. I have pre-closed the loan by depositing cash of total due amount rs. 36310/- on 01/10/2018 in his hdfc bank account no. [protected] as given by your dumka branch staff but still i have not receivef my noc. I am taking follow up from local dumka, jharkhand, branch but not getting solution for the same kindly forward me the noc with in 3 to 4 days that's my humble request to you.

I am here to put a complaint against that I have taken a car loan on July 2013 and closed it on proper time without any delay in payment. After that when I went to your branch office located in jammu for NOC collection and security cheques, the person in your accounts section give me the NOC but not giving me all the security cheques. There is one cheque missing and when I asked him for that, he starts misbehaving with me and try to hit me. After that I went to your branch manager namely Mr Naved khan. He tells me that nothing is in his hands and suggests me to complain through e mail. My vehicle number is JK02BD 9596.Through this number you can track my loan account. Kindly solve this and give me my missed cheque otherwise I have to go through court for this.

I have already been running 4 accounts of my family with mhindra and mahindra finance at rudrapur branch. I am willing to purchase new car of isuzu make.. The model is v cross. I have been refused to get finance.. Reason being the unavailibility of the isuzu dealership in local vicinity. I am going to purchase the vehicle from lucknow.
My current accounts with the mahindra finance are running wel. Please solve my issue on priority basis as i am getting year end discount from the company. My contact no. Is [protected]

I am abhay gokuldas mahajan residing at khargone mp. Online i have deposited rupees fifty thousand on first november 18 to make a fd for 40 monnths. My ref. No is fq18h65045 and tranj. Id 63657791. My pan no. Benpm3324 q. I have submitted all required documents asked for this purpose. About two months have passed l have not received my egd. L have phoned several times with no satisfactory reply

The applicant has applied for loan with various banks and in the process generated his cibil report vide control no.[protected] and was surprised to notice the above said loan a/c no.3686230 auto loan (Pesonal of rs.5, 00,, 000/- is reflecting in my cibil report. However, i have never taken or even applied for the above said loan. Thus, it is kindly requested to verify and delete the above said loan account from my records including cibil report and intimate about the to the cibil as soon as possible since i am facing problems in availing banking services like loan, credit cards. I am complaining about the fake information given by your office agent manish kumar mohanta of rairangpur mayurbhanj odisha to the seniors. He doesn't know how to behave with customers, kindly request you to take necessary step for concerning that matter. My name is bhabesh chandra behera contract no-4374938. I always contact him but he is saying not to the senior amrit das baripada. On dated 12.12.2018 at 7.44pm i contacted him regarding my instalment premium but he said that i hadn't called him. This type of fake information was given to the seniors.

First thing is that one person near my home was applying for car lone and the m&m lone executive ask my documents and signature of my on application as informed by the m&m executive it is just for reference that i know him and later he got lone now the m&m says they i am the garenter for that lone, i want to know the name and details of the executive so that i can send him notice for the same and take legal action against him.

Second thing is that the car has been collected by m&m team from court and that are sending me notice for payment, any how i have book a compline again m&m and executive for the same in police station near my house.

No higher authority available for giving approval. And company is running without any senior person. My approval is waiting since 3 days. How such negligence is been accepted.
Such hospitality has never been expected.
If something happen to the borrower, company has his option to get the lended money then why there is no superior person available to handle such situations. Company has kept the customers in such delima where there are no choices except to wait and watch.

I financed my auto rikshaw my loan no is 4074854 as i want to pre close this loan as soon as possiable but now i see there is late payment charges approximetly 3400rs but i am not able to pay this amount at any cost because i informed all this to your agent and i paid my three installment last month so kindly check this concern and waive off.

I have taken car loan on 03/04/2013, contract no-2529456 name - balaji t, vehicle no tn 10 ak -8775. After some month my vehicle struggled in chennai flood. So i have spend more than 2lakhs to recover my vehicle and also i informed about this issues to the branch manager 27/01/2016. That time visited branch & said same they said will take care. Once you will finish your emi we will waive off your charges but now i am cleared all my emi's but still now noc not recieved. Now collection persons using abusive languages & harrasing my old age parents. And calling to my reference and threatening. I need my noc & my orginal key.

Since then i am facing a terrible experience with m&m. Customer support, nodal all are worst support. All of them just tell me to wait regarding my dispute.

I have transfered an amount of rs.25000/- on line from my sbi account on 08/11/2018 for creation of an fd and also uploaded my kyc documents and copy of axis bank cheque leaf as desired on 25/11/2018. However i have not received the fd recipt either physically or by mail. Please send the fd receipt by mail to my mail id; [protected]@gmail.com at the earliest.

I had taken a four wheeler loan from mohindra finance jorhat branch assam. I took loan on 2017 august... I requested for ach service for auto debit my emi from my account.. I submitted written request also to the branch. But the accounts dept of the branch had denied to provide me the requested service... It is not done till today for which i am not able to pay my emi on time..

I am surprised that how a respected company can do same with the customer.. Is it for profit making by doing cheque dishoner? If it is so i will approach legally to the respective branch...

Hence requesting you to take any necessary action or i will approach to legal authority

I have paid my installment to my account. But it was not properly documented to my account. When we reached out to finance company. They promised and gave the letter signed with seal that they will reduce the amount in final closing. But now they wants to pay the full amount without reducing the amount which they promised. I have never faced such type of worst finance company. Then for what # the people are working in this company.

Dear All,
I had taken home loan from your bank.
First I received cheque very late.
Second my preemi was deducted before me getting cheque
Third now they are asking for one emi for March18 but I received my cheque on 27 march and I deposited on same day
The cheque was printed on 31st Jan 2018, but they didn't give me
I have paid all my emis according to me after me recieving the amount
They are threatening me every time
Please help in this matter

This is rajesh yesterday i went to tiruppur mahindra finance located in bangalow stop, i asking about our balance and paid payment details and he said that now we are not possible to provide hard copy rightnow due to power shutdown, and said so we i'll sent you by mail tomorrow then again i ringup to him at morning they reply us here some problem to sent mail like that, this is not a procedure to handle your customers

So kindly request you to take immediate action and provide our total statement to us asap

3. Hence from last six month i asked mahindra finance at jorhat branch to provide me loan closing receipt (Noc on loan closing), it is still a awaited
4. However my vehicle no as 03h 6833
5. Further how many days it will take to issue a noc on loan closing
