Dear sir&madam, in 23/05/2015 mahindira finance alloted me a loan sum of rs 176400 my agreement number 3692764 and i have pre-closed the loan and paid dd in east maredpally branch on 09/11/2017 pls provide me the noc as soon as possibel its very urgent too sell my vehicle.. I have purchased a mahindra xylo number od 16 a 0850 through mahindra finance and we were paying our emi through cheques.
The problem started on jan 2017 when one cheque they said got bounced and started adding od charges without informing us.

I have visited dharmanagar mahindra finance two times to pay my emi, once on 27.10.2017 and 09.11.2017 both times around 4 pm and both the time i found no cashier and no staff were bothering the customers present there and they were busy making merry making between themselves. After i enquire they inform me that the cashier is busy having his lunch. I regret taking my loan at mahindra finance. Hope next time i will bother this company...
