Dear sir iam chatipally dinesh, from hyderabad, i have clear all the emi of my vechile. But i have an amount of the interest to pay.
I have submitted the letter for requesting reduce interest amount of my contract (No:2684133). And vechile no is ap28te 6478.
The letter was approved but the branch of attapur staff sudherr reddy saying that, it will take one month to come? And his behaviour with customer is completely bad.
Please solve my problem and approve immediately

Dear sir i am pankaj kalita, from assam, i have clear all the emi of my car, i have the receipt with me always..., but still now the collection boy of finance (Mahindra finance) still calling me and said the slang language to me. Calling me back to back. But i have paid the emi in to their branch on time. Collection boy name is kaushik baishya from assam, guwahati adabari branch.. Mahindra finance... The collector boy has also warned that he will kill me if i did not pay the emi on time...
Please do the action as soon as possible...

Dear sir&madam, in 23/05/2015 mahindira finance alloted me a loan sum of rs 176400 my agreement number 3692764 and i have pre-closed the loan and paid dd in east maredpally branch on 09/11/2017 pls provide me the noc as soon as possibel its very urgent too sell my vehicle.. The branch staff's are saying that, it will take one month to come? Pls forward me the noc with in 2 to 3 days that's my humble request to you sir&madam thanking you...

I have purchased a mahindra xylo number od 16 a 0850 through mahindra finance and we were paying our emi through cheques.
The problem started on jan 2017 when one cheque they said got bounced and started adding od charges without informing us.
When i came to know this i checked our account and found all cheques has been cleared and diposited to mahindra finance account.
I talked to mahindra finance accountant of roukela, orissa office mr. Prasant mob no.[protected] and send him the account statement.
Since then he is saying that the work is in progress, matter will clear soon. But it has not been cleared till date
December 2017 is our last installment date. Clear the matter as soon as possible.

Mukherjee road, kol 700033.) booking date 18/10/2017. My hdfc bank loan dispatch 17/11/2017. Showroom dealer call me your car sure dispatch 20/11/2017. Already 7days is over. Day by day hares me. The behavior of your representative is very poor. The mahindra brand in my mind has fallen from the top to the bottom rung. Your company arrange 7 days late fine. Otherwise cencel my car booking.
Please instruct the company to handle the customers properly.

Our house is not leaving there. And we are giving our all proof which ever they want. And they are not giving car loan. They are not giving any way from last 4 — 5 days. But an employee as cashier has also taken me my chaque with sign. (The number of cheque is 6)
Despite my refusal, he is depositing my check which has been the responsibility of giving me the money of the same work twice.

I, fozayel ahmed have taken car loan from your company for toyota innova crysta having loan agreement no:4560792. So for this i have told your company employee that i will pay my emi in cash. But they have told me that i have to submit them 6 blank cheques and i was assured that once i pay the emi in cash my cheque will get cancelled and will be handed over to me later.
But today when i went to the branch office to enquire about the cheques they told me that i was fined for an amount of rs4500 since i was paying the emi in cash for last 9 months instead of paying it in cheques. Also additionally an amount of rs 270 is getting deducted every month from my bank account simultaneously. But unfortunately your company employee did not inform me about it since last 9 months.
So i kindly request u to allow me to pay my emi in cash instead of cheques and also please cancelled the above mentioned fined amount that was imposed on me without my acknowledgement.

I am yogesh samadhan tiwade from nasik. I am 24 years old and have took home loan from mahindra rural housing finance ltd. It is my first home in which i am as a applicant and my mother is co - applicant.
Sir as we all know that sir modi has launched pm subsidy scheme for all who buy their first home and for who r came in reserved cast. I am under reserved cast. And i am belongs to very poor background.in this case i was looking for subsidy offered by the our prime minister home loan subsidy scheme.
At the time of taking my loan file. Mahindra home finance nasik branch was seems to be very friendly with me. They said that, yogesh don't worry you will definitely get pm subsidy as it is your first home and we will done all the required process for the same. But after the 1 year when i was asking them for subsidy status they do not reply me properly and also ignore me. They are not helping me.. Only said that we have done ur application for pm subsidy now we don't know about it.
Sir what should i do.??? Its about 1 year gone i have taken a home loan from mahindra finance nasik. I was blindly made believe on them and their words but until now i don't got the subsidy. Sir modi's mission to gave the own house for the people like me. But only ghusty people like working in mahindra finance we people who actually deserve subsidy left form its benefits.
Sir please help me in this regard. I don't get any response from mahindra finance. I just wants to know whether they really applied me as a applicant for pm yojana or not?? If yes then what is its status???. Please help me in this regard. Its not my fault seriously sir emi that i paying now is very big deal for me as i am only one who is responsible for my family income. I request you to resolve my issue. And take action against mahindra finance nasik branch.
The complaint as above, i have already registered you 3 moths ago, still i am not getting any proper action from mahindra finance. Sir, i really expect co-operation from your side in this regard so that i can have clear idea about my subsidy status. So please do the needful. Please help me to get out of it.

Sir. I have visited dharmanagar mahindra finance two times to pay my emi, once on 27.10.2017 and 09.11.2017 both times around 4 pm and both the time i found no cashier and no staff were bothering the customers present there and they were busy making merry making between themselves. After i enquire they inform me that the cashier is busy having his lunch. I regret taking my loan at mahindra finance. Hope next time i will bother this company and also inform my close and known people not to bother this company and especially mahindra finance, dharmanagar.

Myself mr. Rakesh kumar r/o e ii 83-84, madangir, phase-2, delhi-110062. Loan account number 4065877. I had taken a commercial car loan from mahindra finance in feb 2016. I had made all the installment regularly but due to some reason my last dues were pending. But from last four month i was paying my installment regularly, but your recovery agent called me from mahindra finance branch kailaish colony, new delhi and harass me for for taking payment of last dues and i have committed them to payment for my dues also. He always threat me that car has been toed/repu from my residence and one team has snatch the car from me at gurgaon and they toed my car. As for your knowledge this car is only my source of income. Now i have arranged any how two more installment to pay. But they are not agree to give my car back. I will helpless to pay any further payment if my car will be not returned because it is the only source of income for me.

I m using mahindra xuv loan done from mahindra finance in may 2013, kachi ghati, shimla, when i demanded a foreclosure in july 2017 they asked me to deposit said amount after waiver of 7000 rs. I did the same, last week i got a call that my balance amount is increasing which i had no idea where did that balance come from no body bothered to inform me, when i enquired they said the amount that was waived off was not approved from accounts so its increasing with interest. When i demanded a settlement they said i can't get my noc unless dues cleared. Staff is extremely unprofessional including heads who don't even know what's going on under there nose. So plz ppl beware from such finance companies, they merely befool customers.
