Me apni pick up ki emi time pr deposit karta hu. Lekin aapke employees ne mujh se chek ki dimond ki. Fr mere a/c se 590 rs. Deduct kiye gaye. Me janna chahta hu ki ye paise kyo kate gaye he. Iske alava aapke employee ki wajah se me bahut pareshan hua hu ye log theek se koi bhi information nahi dete he hai or puchne pr bahut hi abhadrta se baat kiya karte he

I am trying to call mahindra finance customer care number [protected] for last 3-4 days but no one answers the call. I wrote email but no response. Actually I have paid the EMI online and mahindra finanace site showed transaction unsuccessful but the amount is deducted from my account. I wanted to ask whether the amount is credited or not. but no one is available to answer.

My loan account no. - 1362336.
I paid my last EMI in sep 2016 but still i not received my no due clearance letter.i am taking follow up from local branch but not getting any solution for the same.
My EMI was regular in first 2years but after that because of some injury in accident not able to work but still i paid my all EMI.

Kindly help me for the same.

My LOAN number is 4331118 i took vehicle LOAN with you but now i cant able to pay the due properly your sales person asked to pay the due and explain my situation and now i cant able to pay . For that he told that he asked to return the auto i accepted for that. Now he called me and uses bad words like mother **** and more bad words your sales person name is venkatesh from erode branch, Tamilnadu. I need clear explanation regarding that otherwise i will take legal action regarding this issue. My contact number is [protected].

I have taken a car loan from your concern bearing no[protected] in the name of munmun ghosh of 42/2 umesh banerjee lane howrah. Still now from the begging of the loan no ecs had been bounced.
But this month no installment has been deducted from my account still now. My due date was 15 th of every month.
I have received a msg from your concern today that my ecs had been bounced. Your representative also called me from this no [protected] & told me that my ecs had been bounced & requested to deposit with bounced charges.
Then i went to my related bank & updated my passbook. Passbook shows that no ecs payment came to my account. No ecs returned charges has been deducted from my account. So how your concern confirmed me regarding my ecs bounced.
I am earnestly requesting you to take emergent action regarding the matter & confirm me the actual matter.

Dear sir/madam,
I hereby want to inform you about penalty and interest charges levied on my car loan no. 2341098. I had taken this loan on dec, 2012 @ 17% that is much higher than market rate. After seven or eight months, my father was diagnosed with a life threatening disease and could not saved his life despite of very good treatment. I was unable to pay the emi because of financial crisis. Again i started to pay monthly emi but could not pay the failed emi but i paid all the emi within three years of loan tenure. Now these charges is very much and request you to waive off these charges as much as possible.

I have taken loan from mahindra finance loan numder 3890604 vehicle no - ka 03 ac6324, my car got accident on january 23 2017. Insurance company approved claim for rs 5, 23, 800 on total loss basis to continue the process insurence company need noc, your executive is delaying the process wanted, at thr time of accident due amount is rs 5, 05, 000, now penalty is rising since 5 months, now at this stage penalty amount crossed insurence claim amouth, i m not at stage to pay penalty amouth please help me to make soon

Dear concerned,

My car loan agreement no is: 3763019. My case is being taken care by mr dharamvir ([protected]).

From the last 04 months due to financial situation, my amt is pending and mr dharamvir yesterday talked very abruptly regarding payment collection by using very hard words, which are not at all to be used while talking to someone.

I know that my amt is pending and i owe mahindra finance that money and i will pay entire outstanding this my to make my account clear, but talking abruptly & using derogatory language us something which is even as per collection & recovery laws. Even he threatened me to come to my house to teach me a lesson for the matter.

I am having his voice clipping also and even want to send that as a proof.

Now require mahindra finance people to guide me further and save my integrity from these types of hooligans.

Li m from gwalior i purchased a vehicle take loan from mahindra finance I finance a vehicle from mahindra finance during finance of vehicle i gave 5 blank cheques to mahindra finance. i fulfill all the installment in cash now
Mahindra finance is not given my cheques back saying they lost those cheques .Now mahindra finance saying that they are not responsible for loss of cheques

Respected sir, i have completed lone amount of the lone a/c no1256391. But not get noc for 2nd time because 1st has losten. I applied for the noc on last week of february 2017 at krishnanagar brunch in west bengal but not get noc yet. I prayer to head of the department to take a necessary action to send this noc immediately. Thank you

I am ur client ag#4268006and i have also paid regularly emi but its my gulity that some of emi i am not paid but i am in regular depositer. Toady[protected] in morning ur executive will come home say loudly, n pressurized for emi or other wise he talk to ne give aome commission,
Repected sir/madam my father is hospitalized for these shocked by ur excuative in collection dept. I am a not a bad cleint but sometime have some finacial issue also thats y i am not pay emi in this month. But its not a good thing i kwon that so sir plz give me some time for the emi n also check my account.

Sir/madam,
I devendra bagade had received a letter on 14/4/17 for the purpose of recovery of loan taken by mr atul basavraj kabbur in which i was no where concerned pary. I had sent a reply for the said letter on 30/4/17 requesting a copy of loan agreement for my reference but my email has been left unanswered. Again after 21days i had sent an another email 22/5/17 again requesting the copy of agreement for my reference.
As far as i am concerned why the notice was issued on me as as i have not signed any papers and i am not liable to pay any dues.
The said truck bearing reg no mh06aq9690 is still parked till date on the address mentioned in the email which was traced by me in good faith for the fianance company which was parked on the said address for last 7 months.
The finance company is making purposeful delay in taking the possesison of the said vehicle.
Please take necessary actions for the possession of the truck and recover all your dues.

I am tamilnadu state erode district.i want loan for used t board tavera .loan amount 400000. Car worth 620000. I am submit all papers & document at 13.05.2017. But your agent in erode not responding me . Poor response of mahindra finance staffs & include manager. Last 10 days no response your mahindra staffs. I am wait four two days otherwise i further to go legal action .
