I have taken loan from mahindra finance loan numder 3890604 vehicle no - ka 03 ac6324, my car got accident on january 23 2017. Insurance company approved claim for rs 5, 23, 800 on total loss basis to continue the process insurence company need noc, your executive is delaying the process wanted, at thr time of accident due amount is rs 5, 05, 000, now penalty is rising since 5 months, now at this stage penalty amount crossed insurence claim amouth, i m not at stage to pay penalty amouth please help me to make soon

Dear concerned,

My car loan agreement no is: 3763019. My case is being taken care by mr dharamvir ([protected]).

From the last 04 months due to financial situation, my amt is pending and mr dharamvir yesterday talked very abruptly regarding payment collection by using very hard words, which are not at all to be used while talking to someone.

I know that my amt is pending and i owe mahindra finance that money and i will pay entire outstanding this my to make my account clear, but talking abruptly & using derogatory language us something which is even as per collection & recovery laws. Even he threatened me to come to my house to teach me a lesson for the matter.

I am having his voice clipping also and even want to send that as a proof.

Now require mahindra finance people to guide me further and save my integrity from these types of hooligans.

Li m from gwalior i purchased a vehicle take loan from mahindra finance I finance a vehicle from mahindra finance during finance of vehicle i gave 5 blank cheques to mahindra finance. i fulfill all the installment in cash now
Mahindra finance is not given my cheques back saying they lost those cheques .Now mahindra finance saying that they are not responsible for loss of cheques

Fir unhone kaha ki apki file ready ho gayi iske liye bank ki taraf se security ke tor per 5 mahine ki advance kist jama karana hai fir mene unse dobara puchha ki iske alawa or koi charge to nahi lagega fir unhone kaha ki nahi lagega to mene interest per cash uthar lekar unke sbi ke account me 15000/- rupeye or cbi ke no. [protected] name manjur hussain ke account me 10000/- rupeye jama kara diye bad me fir 1 hrs ke bad wo kahene lage ki ab insurense ke naam per 14400/- jama karana hoga mene mana kiya to kahene lage tumhare jama kiye paise wapas nahi kiye jayege or galat tarike se bat karne lage.

Respected sir, i have completed lone amount of the lone a/c no1256391. But not get noc for 2nd time because 1st has losten. I applied for the noc on last week of february 2017 at krishnanagar brunch in west bengal but not get noc yet. I prayer to head of the department to take a necessary action to send this noc immediately. Thank you

I am ur client ag#4268006and i have also paid regularly emi but its my gulity that some of emi i am not paid but i am in regular depositer. Toady[protected] in morning ur executive will come home say loudly, n pressurized for emi or other wise he talk to ne give aome commission,
Repected sir/madam my father is hospitalized for these shocked by ur excuative in collection dept. I am a not a bad cleint but sometime have some finacial issue also thats y i am not pay emi in this month. But its not a good thing i kwon that so sir plz give me some time for the emi n also check my account.

Sir/madam,
I devendra bagade had received a letter on 14/4/17 for the purpose of recovery of loan taken by mr atul basavraj kabbur in which i was no where concerned pary. I had sent a reply for the said letter on 30/4/17 requesting a copy of loan agreement for my reference but my email has been left unanswered. Again after 21days i had sent an another email 22/5/17 again requesting the copy of agreement for my reference.
As far as i am concerned why the notice was issued on me as as i have not signed any papers and i am not liable to pay any dues.
The said truck bearing reg no mh06aq9690 is still parked till date on the address mentioned in the email which was traced by me in good faith for the fianance company which was parked on the said address for last 7 months.
The finance company is making purposeful delay in taking the possesison of the said vehicle.
Please take necessary actions for the possession of the truck and recover all your dues.

I am tamilnadu state erode district.i want loan for used t board tavera .loan amount 400000. Car worth 620000. I am submit all papers & document at 13.05.2017. But your agent in erode not responding me . Poor response of mahindra finance staffs & include manager. Last 10 days no response your mahindra staffs. I am wait four two days otherwise i further to go legal action .

My friend bhuwanesh dwivedi has purchased a maruti suzuki swift car in june 2014. It was financed from your company. After his death on 13 th october, i was pay the installement of the car, because i was give the guarantee for pay the remaining or submitt the car to the company. But from 31st january i was seriously injured and on bed rest so i cant submit the remaining installements for sixth months
But when i was going to join my duty by the same car
Your agency agents pull the car from me i requested to submitt the remaining installement within two days
But mahindra office of baran rajasthan has misbehaved me
And abused with me
They called me and say welgar language to me .
I shall not prefer any person to take loan from mahindra finence limited
Due to this walgar attitude which was faced by me on today. Such a poor finencer.

I had bought a xylo for comercial usage I had problems with driver and driver cheated me I was not able to pay the 5 month due and the car was repossessed now I have readied the money for 5 month due when I went to the manager he told me to close my full loan and to take the car my life and my family are depending on the car plz help us it is now the only source of income i assure that I will keep no pending dues In the future please help us my car no is TN-48-AW-7146 please help us

The response from the company is so poor that even after writing a complaint to you there is no response from the company end that means our problems has nothing to do with the company and our time stand no meaning to company.
Of course without me the company will grow well and good and it seems that is what will happen.
This kind of response is intolerable.

Sir i am your one of claint. I am very proud with you. But i had very service problem with in avinashi branch. Very worst. Total my loan amount is 7500, he had give 65000 above 2 month. My bending amount 10000 till not received. 10 times i reminded to him. No response. Whenever i asked, he asked with in 10 days.. Pls help to me... Vijaylakshmi...

This is with reference to finance contract of my vehicle no. - rj18ca8898 with engine no. - k12mn1266908 registered in my name i. E. Vikas kaswan.

My finance contract was completed in the end of 2015 for account no. -2651731 but noc (No objection certificate) not issued till date even after 1 and half year of contract closure which is sole responsibility of mahindra finance.

I need noc for my vehicle on urgent basis, kindly arrange the same at earliest possible.

* poor customer handling by your team with respect to terms & conditions of finance contract. Pathetic services.

Please do the needful at earliest possible.
