Myself 2nd owner of mahindra bolero car.1st owner mr. Jayanta dutta already paid your finance loan of car. Your barasat branch already given clerence certificate. After that my self purchase this car. Your barasat branch are not given 2nd key of this car last 6 months. They are not given any information. Kindly help this matter. Car details - mahindra bolero-zlx. Car number is wb26s2577. Engine number is - grc4l47243.
Request to you please solve this problem, otherwise i will go to consumer foram. I was repeatedly visit your barasat branch west bengal. But they are return me several time.

I had finance my one of commercial vehicle (Dezire) no- DL1Y E 2660 from Rohan Motors I had submitted full & final payment on 20th April in Mahipal pur branch. Payment details as through cheque 1, 63000 and Rs. 107000 cash also they has commitment me to provide the NOC next 10-12 Days.

I request you to please issue my NOC ASAP.

Need your urgent help.

Regularly i call mahindra finance but they are not received my call, i called head office mumbai customer no [protected] and [protected] received my call but disconnet my call when i said my problem.
Kindly help in this matter as soon as possible

I taken a car loan from M&M on July 2016, while taking loan I submitted my ECS form to the M&M office, Rajpath club, Ahmedabad for which instrument on Every 20th will deduct from my SBI Bank. but since 1st EMI your team has deducted my EMI on every 10th so I called up and given in notice Mr. Govind who looking after for this concern. He told me that he will see there is the some mistake happened, so till time you pay the EMI i will look forward for correction, but after reminders he denied that which is not possible now. so it was ok for 10th of every month EMI as you deducted but Not accepted by me. now the again the concern is very bad experience of my issue, please look into the matter and give me justification. my contact no. i requested for settling my account in the month of february but as always the person provided for collection of payments has always been irregular and after me calling him 3 times in last week he responded. When the person came with the settlement amount misbehaved with me and addressed me improperly.
Furthermore he is not even ready to tell me his name.
They didn`t came to collect the installments for continuous three months for which i only have to approach then to request to collect the installments, even after realizing that they told me that they will give some discounts in the final overdue charges that which happened due to their mistake.
After all that misbehavior is intolerable.

I request to please provide a responsible person for the job and tell him to approach me for the settlement.

All of a sudden i observed that my credit score of CIBIL has come down drastically. ON inquiry, CIBIL updated me that due to Mahindra Finance Reporting as Worst payment habit, your score has come down. Hence contacted to customer care of Mahindra Finance who in turn asked me to log the compliant in CIBIL Dispute module. As requested i did. On getting the result, again i sent mail to Mahindra Finance asking for more details. I am following up with them since February 2017 but i am not getting any reply from them. On Customer care number also not getting any response. Unnecessarily I am facing NO for credit card or Loan from any bank. Feeling very insulting.

Iam residing at west mambalam, chennai. My cell no is [protected]. I used to get intimation regarding loan outstading weekly once on my above said mobile which i have not taken and disturbing me mentally. The loan a/c no. Is 345687. On enquiry it was found out that one mr perumal of chennai has taken loan and i spoke to one mr murali twice who is in charge of that area loan section and explained to him about this problem. But nothing has been done. I used to get this messsage continiously and irritating me. I hope necessary action will be taken to stop this unnecssary harassesment forewith failing which i have to approch the consume court.

Your exicutive mr Rama Rao came to my place received al da documents which z needed and he told me that we processed the file and amount will be deposited to ur account in one week, till today we haven't received any amount and both o[censored]r employees ie ur executive ramarao and your manager Surendar from Eluru branch.they are prolonging day by day and they telling me that amnt will be credited tomorrow since last mndy but till today I haven't received any amount please I request you to make immediately it has been taken more than twenty tilll toady I didn't got da amount and get my file back ur employees are telling kakandhull stories so please respond

My Name is S.Kandasamy, My car loan Account no 3277148 in Pondicherry.
I took a maruthi OMNI 8 seater from Shenbaga Cars Pondicherry Through your finance, While taking delivery They gave me only one key and the other key They are sending to Financiars.last month 20/02/2017 I missed my key and approached Mahindra finance for issue of Duplicate Key. they told only after loan closes only they can give.I explained the situation and they agreed to give, but the key is misplaced by them also and there is no Key.Then they ask me to go to Car Show room, They are telling it is with Financiar. They made to roam here and there there is no responsible person or response from your pondicherry office.They want to put blame on others and escape.Such a Big Company not having proper system, they ask me to find out who was there at the time of loan sanction.
Finally i fought with car show room and arranged for new keys for that i have to pay Rs 7, 000.for the past 40 days i spend around rs 20, 000 as rental charges for hiring vehicle. If one cheque bounces or for delayed payment you are charging heavy penalty now who will bare these expenses
I request you to wavier all my future dues and issue NOC.If not take care of these expenses .Kindly reply immediately still my vehicle is in workshop.

Sir without prior notice served to me, my car tata indica vista, reg no cg 07 mb 2815, whose outstanding balance till date is rs 21750, was forcefully repossessed by the bhilai branch chattisgarh authority today and is kept in possession of one of the member who came to repossess the same n may mis use it, iam in a huge state of depression and in mental stress, iam going through huge mental tension, any event caualties if occur in my family vl wholly responsible due to this reason

I have taken loan for my vehicle in mahindra finance kurnool branch, AP, loan tenure is 3 years and only two EMIs left for my loan. But recently i had very bad experience with this mahindra finance executives. They behaves like a monopolic, with out my notice they seized my vehicle on 3rd day of my second pending EMI generated. They are not feeling shy even they did a mistake from their side. after seizing they send notice to me.
I called up customer care, they said they cant help on this and we need to depend on local executives only. i did seen this kind of process ever in any bank/finance.
i tried to solve this problem many ways, what ever they are saying is final, like that they behaved and finally i took vehicle after apying lot of their luxuries,
why i am saying their luxuries means, here you go..
We need to pay the amount for sezing vehicle, we need to pay the security daily wage, and late fees and all, on top of that my vehicle is not in condition after taking it from them.. this how they treats the customers.
I ever suggest or go for the mahindra finance. i ever g for mahindra vehicles or finance too.

My loan number is 3799859.. I am Deepak KP.. I have taken a loan for 20 months for my tata zest car.. Loan has deducted 19 month successful without any negative.. Maintained well cibil ..but my last loan 20th was bounced dont know the reason y got bounced...enough amount was in my account I enquired I with bank there was no issue from bank end..even I went to finance office in belthur Whitefield there was no proper response from there.. They are not giving the reason why amount got bounced..people in mahindra finance office they not even concern to assist me they didnt entertained very careless..
I want to know the status of my Finance immediately.. Hope I can get assist from your end

I Soumen Das a customer of HARSHIT HYUNDAI on Salop.i booked a hyundai i-10 magma on 29/12/2016.As per their schedule they give me the vehicle in next 4 days..but at the delivery time the vehicle was many placed are scratches & defect lots of portion in the car..in that case the vehicle loan has been passed but for the defect reason i cancelled the process & i decide to not take the vehicle.in the time i have already paid as down payment amount 1, 65, 454.00.

so i would request to you that kindly cancel my loan process.& return back my amount which i have already paid.

Dear sir, maine 24/10/2016 ko 35000 rupees apke finance branch Barh me jams kiya par mujhe uska receiving nahi diya gya mere maange par mujhe bad time de dete they 24/02/2017 ko jab meaine apna loan ac. Chek karvaya to mujhe pata chsla ki pause jama nahi mere complain kerne par nhi koi action nahi liya Gya hai mera agreement no. 3416561 hai air mere ghar notice as chuka hai

I have saw several complaints in your portal but in that number of cases not resolved but also i am putting my complaint, as i am in bnagalore ex employee of MMFSL and i serverd 4 years branch accountant and when i put resignation for my releving letter taken 5 mo level nths that to after escalated in high level now come to my pf part its 7 months running i submitted my pf documents to HR, but still now pf not received, but i feel it was worst hirerchy in HR department i have put several mail no response, if you people taken as serious action it good for HR dept are else going tweet to Ramesh iyer portal and Anand mahindra portal please do it on priority

Sir i m shivshankar yadav i got a loan on my car alto mp 04 cg 4205 from mahindra .i close all amount of loan on 7.01.2017 after that mahindra is not able to give me a noc of my loan and vikas mandere sir and sonu sir are misbehaving to me and use a bad language to me . my loan is from hoshangabad branche.so sir please provide me my noc and do somthing for them Bulger behavior.

I was awarded a loan from MAHINDRA AND MAHINDRA FINANCIAL SERVICES, BURDWAN BRANCH of WEST BENGAL vide loan agreement no217967 dated24/8/12, I contacted your burdwan office for NOC but regret to infrom you till date i have not received the NOC from your end as well as no communication, kindly look into the matter and arrange to release the same
at an earliest.

Sir, As per your confirmation, We are repaying our EMI(Contr. No[protected] through Post Dated Cheques(PDCs) regularly, But as promised, the TDS amount is not being reimbursed, We have also contacted your Local Ofiice ( Bhubaneswar, Odisha Ofiice) in this connection, but we are yet to get any help from them. Therefore you are requested to take necessary steps for reimbursement the same.
