I have baught your two verito D4 car and for one car took loan from mahindra fiance in june 2015 amounting Rs 525000 for that i have already paid 14 installment and now i want fore close this loan but your executive telling still you have to pay Rs 440000 but as per my calculation outstanding 390000.

I THINK YOUR EXECUTIVE TRYING TO CHEAT ME SO KINDLY ME AND RESOLVE MY ISSUE MY LOAN NUMBER 3684776 ON THE NAME MANOHAR TOURS AND TRAVELS.

kINDLY INTERVENE OTHERWISE I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOUR COMPANY ALSOASSURING WILL NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM MAHINDRA WILL SAME INFORM TO MY FRIENDS.

I am facing bad time in my life as my relieving letter yet not received, due to which my personal life went into hell.

C11101826 dated 07/02/2011 in name of pratibha umakant pandey of rs.151000/- at time of fd she was minor provide father pan card but busy system not inform at the times of deduction high level tds. I gate a letter from mahindra dated 25/02/2012 shown gross int. 15364 and tds 3073/- when i re produce pan card, fixed deposit detail and proof of address, request please revise tds return, also have claim tds on my return but co. Not made revise return till date my claim tds continue become in demanded
I request please take necessary action again him

I had lost my Original NOC issues by mahindra finance, but now required duplicate copy of NOC for selling my two wheeler. Even after submitting the Missing Document report from police station-the person from mahindra finance is asking for charges or Rs.500/- +100 rupees bond for a duplicate NOC.

I need answer why do i have to pay and give on bond even after submitting the missing document copy from police station.

As I visited Mahindra finance sari ganganagar branch Rajasthan and asked about my Account statement, they said I had to pay 150 rs for the statement.well even bank doesn't charge for the statement.kindly take action and answer me regarding this complaint.

Dear sir, i m parwez quadri taken a car loan to attach in uber.i m a driver from ur borivili branch last week.mr mayuresh told me the loan amt will be 440000 an the rate will be 17%than i told that i want at 16% he told ok and he told that emi will be 12720.i agree.because i dont know abt this calculations.than verification call came to me he told emi date emi amt and loan amt and when i again asked for rate of intereat.than the person told what manager told is the same.tod i rec sanction letter and i shown it to my friend she told that they had given me at17.10%.when i called mayuresh from mahindra finance what i can do i have not told u anything u have all this things in written.u spk with ur modi hyundai showroom person why u told yes in verification.showroom person is also not co operating infact they r misbehaving with me.they r makinf fool to the unmnouwn cuatomer..if my problem doesnt sove within 24hrs.i will directly complain consumer forum.such a redicously mahindra finanace mayuresh [protected] and modi hyundai pravin patil [protected].they r telling what u want to do.i[censored] want to vancel ur loan go to ur showroom and do it.what abt my time which i habe wasted in ur provess.pls take a quick action again both this people.i[censored] will nt take quick avtion i will stop all payments from my side till u clear all this issues..

Updated by Parwez quadri Parwez and booked a hyundai xcent on 10sep with rs 3000 and all documents to surekha to malad west hyundai br.Mr.pravin patil was handling my finance as he is sales head.MY loan get sanction from mahindra fin borivili branch mr mayuresh manager told me rate of 17 and i refuae i told her i dont want abv 16he told yes and he gives me the emi of 12720.then i received a verication call from mahindra that this is ur loan amt, emi date and emi and when i again asked for the rate than the person told me apke manager ne jo rate apko bataya hoga wohi hai.than i thought it will be 16.but when i received sanction letter everything was mentioned but no rate were mentioned.than i chk on google and i came to know that rate is 17.10.so i called sales person of modi hyundai he told me apke paas return mein hai ki humne apko 16kaha tha.i called mahindra person he told me spk hyundai person i m not the concerned person.than at last i complained in hyundai complaint board, mahindra complaint board, and consumer court online complaint and i told i will stop the ecs.they told jo karna hai karlo.pravin patil ji kehte hai humne apko likhit mein 16nahi diya toh main puchti hoon lya maine apko kahi bhi 17ke rate ke agrement par sign kiya hai.jab maine complain lodge ki toh unka phone aya ki mujhse milna hai.mahindra wale ne kaha ki hamare calculation se 16hi hota hai kyuki isme modi hyundai ka comission bhi aata hai.iska mahindra wale ne kaha ki agar aap directly humse lete toh apko exact16 ka emi aat.jabki hyudai kehta hai ki free of cost finance karte.ptavin patil kehte hai ki mujhe apki delivery stop karni hogi meri delivery date hai7oct 2016.bank wale kehte hai ki humme paisa return chahiye kyunki client stop payment ko keh rahe hai.mujhe hyundai se yeh puchna hai ki kya aap clients ko isi tarah se bewakoof banakar paise kamate ho.mera jo 12000ka difference aa raha hai wih kaun pay karega.sales manager of hyundai is telling mdri galti nahi hai aur mahindra person is telling meri galti nahi hai.toh aap bataye kya galti hamari hai ki humne aap ke upar trust kiya.aapke brand ke upar trust kiya.is this your working patern if my query doesnt solve in an hour.i will direcly complaint in consumee cout forum.and i will not only cancel my loan but also my booking i want my full booking amt ret for cheating a client in a wrong way.Mr pravin patil ji kehte hai mere paas complain ayefi toh mujhe pata hai mujhe kya answer dena hai complaint board ko.is this a way of speaking pls take a strict action or else i have to take a major action on modi hyundai.pos dont take lightly because same complain i m going to lodge in consumer cout DOnt worry..thank u..parwez quadri[protected].pravin patil(sales head)[protected].mayuresh(maahindra finance manager)[protected]..Ihv complain in NATIONAL CONSUMER COMPLAINT OF JAGO GRAHAK JAGO WITH REFERENCE NO OF 41739.I[censored] dont take an action quickly and resove my problem.u will be in big trouble..so i request MODI HYUNDAI and MAHINDRA FINANCIAL SERVIVES LTD to clear my problem as soon as possible.Or else NATIONAL CONSUMER COURT FORUM WILL SPK WITH U AND U HAVE TO ANSWER THEM.NATIONAL CONSUMER told me to give u this in written and if dont take any action than they told after 24hours they will take an action on behalf of me..

We have captioned FD with your financial institute.
It has been noticed that FD Start date is 28-Mar-16 but as per my bankers, cheque clearing date is 24-Mar-16.
So ideally FD start date should also be 24-Mar-16 instead it has been booked from 28-Mar-16. There is a difference of 4 days.
Would request you to make necessary changes and resend the revised FD certificates.

Kindly do the needful.

I can't understand why it is panding..
And m tried to contact many times at head office but no any clear response given by pf coordinator. M send direct mail to sapna kantawal but no any revert given by her side
Please check and confirm the status if any documents required or any pandancy kindly tell me...

i had taken loan against car from mahindra & mahindra financial services limited, pimpri –loan details:zen estilo mh14 bx 7367, contract vs nos 2530317 on 29/03/2013 amount of rs 1, 78, 900/- .Instalments paid regularly . Final settlement done on 20/07/2014 with sbi pune demand draft of rs 1, 18, 980/-, m&m settlement receipt nos 9280616. Noc received and loan hypothecation removed from registration certificate .Recently applied for hdfc housing loan, query comes that still auto loan of rs 1, 50, 000/- is outstanding. Request m&m financial services ltd to update cibil status and issue me n.O.C mentioning that i had cleared the loan and no dues are pending, which i can submit to the bank for loan processing.

Account no : 2192526. I availed a finance for my car of rs 150, 000 approx in 2012 for 5 yrs duration. I requested for a cancellation of ecs but was not looked into until date which charged me fine of 15000 approx. The agent at hyderbabd caled my daughter to collect emi from her which they failed to collect. My daughter tried paying online but the mahindra website throwed up many errors, which again was not resolved by mahindra hyd and vizag branch. As this entire process lead to delays my daughter informed the representative rambabu at vizag branch that she will be paying the outstanding today morning but rambabu at vizag in the day without any notification or call entered my house without my permission, sat on my sofa and was refusing to leave or stand outside until the amount was paid. I am an elderly person, ill and stay alone in my house but still i was threatened and harassed and he forced his way into my house and denied to leave. I felt extremely threatened by his behaviour. He called my daughter and said that he will not leave my house until the payment is made and threatened her. My daughter called the vizag territory manager satyanarayan for help and resolve the matter but was again insulted, harassed over the phone by satyanarayana and said rambabu will not leave until the paymeny is made or car is surrendered. My daughter was driving to mahindra office to make the paymeny and informed rambabu that she is unable to talk much as she is driving but rambabu refused to listen and torchered her by calling her again and again several times. When the same was told to satyanarayan he continued to support his rep rambabu, encouraged the threats made, denied saying its not harrasment and disconnected the call. The total balance has been paid and account is settled as on today which we were forced and threatened to due to their behaviour. I need an explananation of why are yout employees harrassing customers this way when it is against the law? Need an explanation and if no response given i will have to take the next level. Maine ek Mahindra pickup liya 3 - 4 months hua kaam band tha is liye ek emi due rehgaya main bola thoda late hoga isbar toh mana kardiya nahi hoga apka gari ka 3monts hi hua aur aise me due nahi rakhsakta, mere Mana karne k bad v Ghar pe aagaya emi collect karne aur mein Ghar par v nahi tha us waqt..
Aisa thodi na hota hai thoda bahut toh customer ka v sunna chahiye yeh tadika Mahindra ka bilkul acha nahi laga JCB emi k liye v aisa nahi karta... Itna call karta hai ki pucho mat, second second pe call karta hai bola v tha Paisa ready karke call karta hu phir v itna call ka kya jarurat hai, call karne se Paisa tapakta hai toh call hi karte raho loan mat do..

Regarding same issue few of your collectoin agents make pressure on my father and took cheque for amount of 127, 450. Cheque detail as above :_ bank, axis bank cheque no 013458 date 30\8\16 by the same day he is under pressure due to fear which gernate by your people and money too. So please let me know why you do like this and on what behalf you take that much money without any request, information, notice or sattelment. What is your motto and ambition my father age is 73 and you people make him fool is that you behaviour with senior citizens and customers

I just found in newspaper (dainik bhaskar) in classifieds page for loan in which it was wriiten various types of loans like loan against property, loan against marksheet so for confirming i called up to mahindra finance to know more details. they explained me that anyone who has the citizenship of india can easily get the loan and the loan can be applied for 10 lacs. again i enquired how to pay back the loan amount they said its up to you, and specific time period will be given for paying back through installments. so i applied for the loan against marksheet and the amount was 50, 000/- after that i received call from mahindra finance that your loan has been approved and they said you have to sign on agreement and your loan will pass. i agreed and then too they said you have to deposit 2500/- for getting access to it as a security fees and is refundable and they will provide bank details i. e. where to submit. so i deposited amount on 25 july 2016 to mr. anil kumar - bank of india, account no - ([protected]) and i send the proof i. e. bank slip to their email. and again they said your agreement has been made and you have to deposit nearly 3 installments for getting loan and they told me at last means after the thing is over in starting they haven't said anything so what can i do. so i confirmed, this is fake they are just asking for money and in return i will not get anything. 1 more thing they told me that in case i did'nt want loan so i can submit the cancellation form and they will refund my money i. e. 2500/- back. till yet i had send so many mails but didnt got any response.
I have attached all necessary documents i. e their agreement.

Dear team,

Totally dissapointed with the after sales service of mahindra finance. I need to change my security cheques from savings a/c to current a/c for the emi linking.
Have already been to the office once as nobody was available from your side. Even we understand the pain which you take for the customers but once the business gets generated the customer absolutely doesnt have any importance to you it feels. Further, before visiting the office i spoke to the concern person for the documents which were required.In spite of asking her thrice she forgot on one of the most important doc. Now they are expecting me to go to the office again & get the work done which is not possible for me.
You people are absolutely zero on customer service. Apart from this your employee is telling me that nobody will come to your place for this sort of work. Kindly look into the matter else i'll do the stop payment of my emi cheques.
The case is of m&m finance borivali mumbai office.

We have done settlement on 27.03.2016. till date we have not received the noc. there is some afm amount was shown in the statement of rs. 57064 in that we have paid 20, 000. they said you will get noc after 2 months due to half payment of amc. we have given waiver letter for the balance amc. more than 4 months over we have not received the noc. one payment was thefted by your executive for that also we have given lot of complaint letter.
There is no proper response by the branch.

Kindly update the status and issue the noc at the earliest.
