      This is in regarding to the loan availed from Mahindra finance, bearing Loan no- 7571751,
      Customer- SOUDAGAR PRADHAN, PICK UP- OD09N4922,
      I am Ranjan Mishra, currently handling the asset,
      I belong to a Driver family,
      I myself possess Heavy Transport D.L,
      I myself is driving the said asset & managing my family & repaying the Loan.

      With deep sorrow and regret I am informing that Your Collection Employee named Subrat Dash has opted to breach the peace & forcibly instructed muscleman to Reposses the PICK UP from me nearby RANCHI, which is 380 Kms from my hometown.
      I was severely threatened by a group of 6 peoples, Stating that they are representative of Mahindra finance & the company has instructed to reposess the Pick up.
      I was in round trip from Jajpur ( Odisha) to Faridabad & was carrying some important goods of a Mining company which was to be delivered urgently.
      Nobody responded me when the group snatched the Pick up & kept it in Stockyard,
      The loan is defaulted by 45 days only & I had pleaded to clear all EMI once I get my bills cleared,
      You can check the statement, I had tried my best to pay EMI every month, My intention was not to default the loan, but due to non clearance of bills timely from Mining companies, I was unable to clear EMI’s.
      The Travels company on hearing this, were ready to clear the 2 EMI’S but On speaking with Collection team, they are asking to pay 2 pending EMI’s & additional 3 more EMI’s in order to get my asset released.
      Pls note that- No Arrear letter was served to me, neither anyone informed that the asset will be repossessed,
      Now, the Travels company had officially forced not to give me any work further,
      Pls help, how will I sustain my livelihood, Mahindra finance is known to help rural customers,

      I have arranged to pay 2 EMI, pls instruct your collection team not to harass customers,
      Its my request to look into this matter & help me in this regard so that I can get my asset back.

        I have complaint against senior officer avinash and field officer om prakash
        i have taken a loan on[protected] and the loan amount is 360000 and interest is 110000 total amount is 470000. but the moditorium peroid i have not given emi. but I have given one emi in moditorium period. after that mahindra finance generate new schedule they add the 5 month extended emi is 14664 and the total is 474570 but avinash for me that you have pay 18000. they didn't settle my account. All person harrase me about that loan. i have told them i will give you 10000 you have settled my account but they didn't take action

          I have purchased tata tiago xz+ bearing registration no.
          UP62BV0302 in auction by EDIIG from AXIS BANK LTD i.e. approved
          dt.26/02/2022. Today is 28/04/2022 (73 days) but at present I have not
          received any document and no response from your side. So you tell me
          whether i should work with you or not.
          It is not only necessary to sell the car, it is your responsibility to
          deliver its paper to the customer. Kindly do the needful as soon as
          possible.

                  Why have it received this letter where it is mentioned that total payable dues is Rs.416214/-?

                  I was already informed by the branch Manager that the loan will be settled for Rs.230000/- What about the commitment? Now you are asking me to payable double the amount. Due to such pathetic service now I will have toh raise this complaint to consumer court.

                    Am your customer for coonoor branch am not able to pay last 3months dues because my husband health issue. Am working in Ooty hospital yesterday morning ooty branch manager (Sathish) not asking permission to me came to my room and ask about dues. Now the management taking decision terminate to me. He is not do call me and message suddenly he come to my room and ask to dues. Yesterday evening i called and say don't come to my hospital because my management scold me so kindly your not come to my working area anyone means please call my number but today also morning he come and ask me and shout reception area and go and meet my manager complaint on me. This is my last month to work here next month no work and money how to i possible to pay my car dues. This is not pvt companies this is hospital any small complaints raise on me immediately management do terminate. Why your staffs doing like this totally spoiling my job and my life.                         Hello,

                        Roshan, I have had a vehicle loan account from Mahindra finance, for 5 years, but I close this loan for 2.5 years and I request to provide NOC from the bank, but after 1.5 months the bank doesn't respond and did not give NOC still now. I request many times but the bank employee talk to me like misbehaved, his name is "Harish Sinhal" I need NOC for another loan process.

                            I received a call from Rohit from Mahindra finance on October 2021 for a personal loan to be sanctioned it i take an insurance policy from Bharti AXA. I was asked to submit documents and that the loan would be disbursed in fifteen days and till date no response. The Mr. Punit Sharma called me for another policy as the sum insured in the first policy was a bit lesser and made me to take another policy on 26th of November 2021. Till date he has been dilly dallying and now both of them are not picking up the phone. I will lodge an FIR against them in cyber crime and expose this nexus by which they are looting people.

                              Dear Concern,

                              I'm writing this mail to hereby express my grievance regarding the wrong commitment of Interest Rates given to me at the time of loan application.

                              I was informed by your official that the ROI for Tractor Loan will be 8% per annum. However, after completion of certain emi i came to know that I'm being charged 24% ROI.

                              Further, i had a telephonic conversation with one of your official name Vijay Kumar and Jeetu Singh, as per the discussion he asked me to get the loan settled on 2.55 lacs on which i expressed my disagreement due to the miscommunication done at your end. After the negotiation of the settlement amount he assured me that he will get my loans settled at Rs. 2.3 lacs for which he will be taking approval from concerned authorities and will let me know the loan settlement date. However, till date i have not received any updates from his end.

                              Hence, request you to kindly look into this matter and take necessary action on the same in order to avoid further escalations.

                                  Hello Sir/Madam,
                                  It was the disputed EMI for four(4) months in 2020( Moratorium period). Months: April, May, June & August.(in july I paid manually) I had to pay EMI in Rs. 13750/- but I could not paid due to job loss.
                                  They, Mahinda & Mahindra Finance Ltd.(My NBFC) did not ask me for whether I am interested or not in moratorium or extension of my EMIs. They automatically fix the moratorium and added interest on my existing EMIs and exceeded to Rs. 21467/- instead of Rs. 13750/- for four(4) months which will effect to the last four(4) EMI. Difference: Rs. 7717/EMI.

                                  Total Difference amount to pay: Rs.30868/- (4 month EMI) I have contacted
                                  many times by visiting their office and by telephonic conversations.(I have the conversation record). They replied when the amount was not deducted from your account, then why did you not contact Mahindra. Yes right I have not contacted the Mahindra during the months. But neither my relationship manager nor any staff from the NBFC informed me earlier about upcoming Penalties. If I had known about Penalties, I would have made money from anywhere and pay the EMIs on time. I just had the knowledge of Cheque bouce charges which deducts when EMI delays.

                                  I have also contact RBI banking ombudsman and complain against Mahindra. They verbally told me to settle from your side and I tried to settle by visiting the my Branch but the zonal manager/Manager MR. Deepak refused to settle. I was completely harrased by them.
                                  After that I have writen and complain and deliver to the branch to look in this matter and settle the amount and one copy is mailed to Mr. deepak.
                                  After that he was rotating me and finaly he refused by saying that sms was sent to you and I have not respond that( he send me the sms delivery report).
                                  RBI has closed my complain by saying mahindra has no fault.

                                    Most respectfully I, Gopal Chandra Das, father of Debasish Das, resident of Vill-Daudpur, P.O-Chhatri, P.S-Egra, Dist-Purba Medinipur, Pin-721429 would like to draw your kind attention that very recently a un-expectable incident happen with me of which details given below point wise for your kind information and take necessary action.
                                    1. My son Debasish Das to purchase Mahindra Bolero Pickup Van took a car loan from your esteemed organization on 31/07/2019.
                                    2. At the time of issuance the loan he requested to me to give him the xerox copies of my land record in support of the issuance of the loan. And further he inform me that the rest amount to purchase of the Pickup Van he will bared himself and he assure me that he will repay the monthly loan installment of the loan from his own income. So I was not interested about the loan instalment. Debasish also take care of the loan and the car.
                                    3. A few months after taking the loan I ask him whether he is repaying the loan installments on time or not . He told me that he was paying the loan installment from his own bank account and also would do it in every month. So none o[censored]s would interfere in this matter.
                                    4. On the dated 19/02/2021 my son suddenly died by an accident. From that date I was devastated and the Pickup VAN had been lying in my house since from his death.
                                    5. If the car has been in this condition for a long time, it will get worse so when I try to start the pick up van on the road with the driver I got into a problem that insurance, pollution and fitness of the car is failed in due time. Knowing this fact, I pay the insurance, do the pollution certificate and also the fitness of the car in normal course
                                    6. After my son's death I on behalf of my son Debasish Das visit the Contai Branch of Mahindra & Mahindra Finance Service Ltd. and inform them about my sons death and asking them how can I get the insurance claim from the insurance company and a request to them to help about the claim from their end. At that time the office inform me that there are some of the loan instalment kists due before his death.
                                    7. Further for you kind information that, knowing the fact from your office I paid 5 installment ie. (Rs 16120 x 5 installment) totaling Rs 80600. The last payment of 5th no of instalment date is 25.09.2021.

                                    But regretfully inform to you that on the dated 08.10.2021, I send the car to a place with the driver. But one unknown person identifying him a officer of Mahindra and Mahindra Finance and dishonestly, illegally without any reason forcefully and by emphasizing his power seize my Pickup Van at Berhompur from my Driver and give him seizure list in plain paper without any company stamp and without any sign by the seizure officer.
                                    As the driver totally illiterate so he did not asking him anything about that, he only receive the seize paper and gave me after return back to home. After that I know the all fact from my driver which is happen with my driver. At that time I contact to the Contai Branch and inform them the fact in details and I ask them did any officer at your organization seized the car at Berhompur, if not, then someone stole the car. If you let me know, I will take a action about that. And if the car has too many installments left or there is a problem and I ask them if the car is sized by your company then why I have not been notified before and why didn't your company issue me a notice about that?

                                    I wanted to knew from them who or whom did this crime to taking the advantage of my son's death and whether any person has a personal benefit in this offence. After such a discussion had with them they assure me to help about that it is to inform you that I have not yet received any updates and didn't know anything about the current situation.
                                    I am paying the installment kist on behalf of my son Debasish Das, then why did this work without informing me anything. I did not say to anyone that i will not pay any further instalment after paying the five instalment kist.
                                    So I request to your good self kindly take necessary steps to inform me about the fact in details within 7 days from the date of received of this letter to avoid complicacy against your organization. I hope you will take positive measures in support of the incidents.
