My self dharmender.; purchase new swift from Dadri ; and take finance from mahindra& mahindra from xharkhi Dadri station. They take 3 thousand as per security for check.and they told me as they will refund it after deposition of check book also.but staff member didn't refund my money and his behave his wrost against customer. So please refund my money.

I have taken my car loan from mahindra finance. which was taken on march 2010. my mode of payment was ECS Initially my ECS mode payment got bounce due to some HSBC Bank issue which was latterly paid by cash. after this issue they(mahindra finance) have requested me to changed my mode of payment to cheque. sir i see a add in paper he is providing a mob no i contact wit that no i said that i need loan in marksheet he said that his company has authority to given this loan he ask me to send my document with 3000rs form fee he said there is no any money taken after this formality and he sid tht he will send half of loan money in my account i mail my document detail and 3000rs to him but after that he said that 8000rs more after then he transfer money to me i send him 8000rs but again he asking for 7000 i again pay 7000to him but again he told me for 10000rs money more. sir he lossed me and froad me with18000rs and mental haresment too i want my money back sir plese he is doing too mental torcher to me

This is Advocate Santhosh our client Mr Rithish Vehicle Loan Taken in Mahindra Finance T.Nagar Branch No TN 05 AC 1308 Travera Agreement No 10060553 . The Vehicle had 3 Emi outstanding so the company was repossessed the car at 14/02/2013 at early morning at 2AM but they never do by Legal.

This is the not right time to repossess the vehicle and they were not intimate before and after repo to the customer and the concern police station by Telegram.

We go to the Branch But there is no response from the concern manager in T.Nagar Branch.

They Repo the vehicle by illegal so pls accept the complaint and do the favour to my client he ready to pay the current outstanding.

i had taken a car loan through your chennai anna nager branch of mahinra finance vide loan number 1451004 and the same was preclosed by popular motors velachery on 4th dec 2012. when wanted to know as to when i would be getting the NOC i tried contacting your anna nager branch lot many times but there was no respone on the following two numbers viz [protected] and [protected]. but right from yesterday morning(8th jan 2013) whenever i tried contacting the number it is always saying that the subscriber is busy. when i tried to contact them today morning at about 9.30 AM i get the same subscriber busy message till the time i am sending this mail. i really dont know if the anna nager branch of mahindra finance is so busy as if any customer wants to gets any clarifications regarding the loan has to go to the branch directly and make an enquiry. but what i feel is since your staffs are too busy in answering the so called customers on fone will they have time to attend to walkin customers. pls let me know the status of my NOC application as i have lost trust with your anna nager branch. i am writing this mail with the only hope that you people in the customer service division at the head office will be courtious enough to give customers the required clarifications and solutions. sivaraman contact no [protected]

my wife purchased a maruti swift dzire vxi car from 1st owner.At the time of purchase owner didn't disclosed the fact that she has car financed by mahindra finance ltd. But when i come to know, my husband visited the mahindra finance office at chhatarpur and asked the Br. manager to have the dues & issue me the noc so as to get the vehicle registration. ;But BM of mahindra finance ltd refused to take the payment ,my husband shown him all the required document to BM. I do not understand when owner has sold the vehicle to me than how a finance company can deny to take his payment from me. I could not find the proper address from mahindra.com to whom m i to complain. It seems that the Chhatarpur BM of mahindra company wants something from us . Please help me what to do, & to whom m i to contact in company to solve the problem.

local branch peoples are not responding properly when i go for clarification about my loan. Some time the manager is not available at the branch office.

They said i have to pay late payment penalty.

But there is no delay payment in my side.

They had misplaced cheque and not deposited correctly.

Still they have 3 cheque leaf.

I Mr. Arun Punja Zankar had a Maruti Astar which was financed with Mahindra Finance. Last year in 2011 my car had victimed to an accident and the said vehicle was total loss by the Insurance Company M/s Iffco Tokio general Insurance Co Ltd.
As per the agreed terms of settlement by the nashik office it was agreed mutually that the settlement of my finance will be at Rs.290000/- as the comany was paying rs....

There are some illegal and corrut strategies are exerienced with Mahindra Finance branch at Nagothane...

This branch is a comlete racket... Everybody including receptionist and the branch managers are involved in these corrut and illegal games they play with the Mahindra finance consumers.

Its a big story, cannot be spelt in few words. If I am not entertained by any of Mahindra Finance authority then I will be...

Truth alone triumphs, I hope your company is following this. But I don’t think it is in your vellore office. I bought Mahindra Rodeo bike for my daughter and got lone from your esteemed company. As a customer, I finished my duty by paying the entire installments on the month of June 2011 without any arrear.

But they did not give my R C Book of my vehicle yet. When I approached the Vellore branch office on 9th September (Friday), they told me to come on Monday. When I approached on 12th September (Monday), they started searching my R C book only after that. When I asked the Branch manager, he said “we are searching it” and went off casually. With the diabetes complaint in me, I waited there in office for more than 4 hours, but they couldn’t find my R C book. They did not say me any remedial yet.

They just did not care about the customers after enrollment. Is this the customer satisfaction they are striving for?

Rise is your logo. But these people are making you to go down. Is this the way they maintain the records?

This is not like pointing the mistakes about your esteemed company; instead this is a misapprehension to your memory about your branch office.

Respected adjudicator, Please take this issue as very serious and give us justice. Please teach them company ethics and maintain morality to customers, which I was striving for, from your company.

Hope I will get my rights(R C Book) soon from your esteemed company soon. Waiting for your execution.

I got car loan from M&M and also signed up for ECS(Electronic Clearing)-Auto debit from my bank...The guy who collected the ECS form didn't submit in their office and it was not activated in right time. I am in Aborad and today some guys went to my house says "you've not paid the 1st EMI" and the way talked was very bad..After i talked to them they accepted it's their fault and went back. I paid the 1st EMI as well, immediately. So, guys beware of Mahindra & Mahindra Finance..they are really stupid and don't know what they are doing...They have to check before they start talking...Please go to some banks and NOT goto Mahindra Finanace at any point of time...I gotta very bad experience in the very first month itself. Stay away from Mahindra Finanace!

I was worked with Mahindra finance but i was off role employee. I was role on Genius Consultants Ltd. My Pf account no is WB/PRB34609/32028. Two years before i was claimed. I was contact HR of mahindra finance. he told him that my pf claim cheque came in Genius Consultants office and told contact Mr Amit kumar Hr of Genius so i am first time contact 8 month before. He told me yes your cheque have came. but he is not sending my cheque in bank account or my home address.I sand many time mail but he is not responding and i am calling many time but not pickup the phone. Please do needful process.

I've opened the 1 Year FD in Mahindra Finance through ICICIDirect. I've changed the address, so before the 1 Month of FD maturity I've sent the address proof to the Chennai processing centre as per the customer care guideline. Even after that my new address not changed, every week whenever I call the chennai customer care, they'll tell that they're sending reminder mail to H.O. Even once again I've sent the Address proof. It happened 2 or 3 times. Finally my FD got matured now when I call the same customer care representative, she is mentioning that they already sent the cheque to my old address a month back. Im following up with them before a month, but at that time they didn't tell anything about it. I also forget the past and asked them to what to do next. They told they will check with Head office and will get back. It is almost more than 2 weeks they're not giving any proper response. Im totally fed-up. Even wrote the mail to their Buisness Head (Mr.B.S Amarnath ) mail Id, which they mentioned in their website. But that also useless.
Now Im not sure whom need to contact and How to get that money. It is a huge money (1 Lakh). Im personally need of money, I could not able to get it. Also Im loosing the interest also.

i am customer of mahindra finance of car loan ,i have to make a payment of 4 emi bieng a holiday on 14th Jan 2011 the collection executive told me to come on 17th Jan 2011 to make the payment, the same was told to the recovery agents,they did not oblige and i also made them to speak to the collection exe . They harrased me & also asked me the bribe to leave the vehicle in which branch manager is also involved with them

1. Am depositing my loan amount correctly to my bank, April month they have sent 2 cheque for clearance, i want to know why they sent 2 cheque. one is bounced reason is there is no money in my bank at the time.


2. 25th September-2010 month cheque is not sent to my bank for clearance. But money is there in my bank. This cheque reflected as bounced to their records. I want to know the status of this cheque.

3. Now they are telling to pay two due amount by cash.

Please clear my problem

I have taken car loan amounting Rs 100000( one lakh) from your bank for purchasing mahindra xylo E-4. I am a salaried class central government employee and getting my salary on first of every month. While applying for loan , I have clearly mentioned to your loan officer Ms Monika that I can repay the loan only in the first week of every month. Your loan officer has clearly mentioned the loan repayment date in the offer letter as 5Th of every month. My contract number is 1230165.

But it is really pity , that your loan department is arrogantly and brutally deducting the loan amount on end of month (25 of every month). I have telephonically informed the error to Indore branch manager Mr. Manish dixit and also made a written complain to this error. But your bank has become deaf and dumb. They are not listening my problem and rudely deducting the amount on every 25Th of every month.

Now I am lodging this complain with a hope to get justice

I applied for a Home loan with all support documents - 5 months ago but till this Madurai branch officers not giving the loan every week they says next week it will come like that almost 5 months is over becasue of that i could not complete my house building works also. Please try to instruct this people to issue my home loan by this week other wise whatever i paid for service charges sum of 15,000 rupess incl. interest they have to return back to me with some compansation.
