Collection or Goons Department?

Dear Sir,
This is second time I am on this board, Despite of RBI's Directives That, Not to engange goons or criminals for collection of their loans Mahindra Auto Finance in Nasik recently showed that How much they really care and abide Our Laws.
I have funded by the said finance company for my vehicle Wagon R LXi Duo bearing no. MH15 BX 5867to
I was a regular payer for 7 to 8 months but, Finance company ran out...

Reimbursement of Processing Fee

As Auto loan processing fee i had paid 16, 798 to Mahindra Finance. Due to the unfair trade practice i had to cancel this business with Mahindra Finance. Had submited the letter to Mahindra Finance on 27th Jan 2009. I was informed that it would take 15 day to repay my money and still now no response from the sales executive who took money from me. Unwanted Call

I have got many phone calls from Mahindra Finance[protected]. I have made several complaints to each staff (Including one Ms Divya). Still they asking one Mr. Purushothaman (he took some loan from this finance company). Each and every time i need to explain who am I. It doesn't make any Difference. Mahindra Car Loans are dangerous to hire, avoid taking risk from this (especially bangalore)

The bangalore southern part has hired some hard core rowdy sheeters as a recovery agents, they are behaving so badly, and really they were pathetic in all the sense. I don't know so many rules and regulations, after that they can hire such a persons for recovery. And Mahindra is cheating the customers with higher charges, and purposfully they were seizing the vehicles and collecting 10000 rs as a seizing fee. Its a horrible behaviour,...
