Hello Sir/Madam,
It was the disputed EMI for four(4) months in 2020( Moratorium period). Months: April, May, June & August.(in july I paid manually) I had to pay EMI in Rs. 13750/- but I could not paid due to job loss.
They, Mahinda & Mahindra Finance Ltd.(My NBFC) did not ask me for whether I am interested or not in moratorium or extension of my EMIs. They automatically fix the moratorium and added interest on my existing EMIs and exceeded to Rs. 21467/- instead of Rs. 13750/- for four(4) months which will effect to the last four(4) EMI. Difference: Rs. 7717/EMI.

Total Difference amount to pay: Rs.30868/- (4 month EMI) I have contacted
many times by visiting their office and by telephonic conversations.(I have the conversation record). They replied when the amount was not deducted from your account, then why did you not contact Mahindra. Yes right I have not contacted the Mahindra during the months. But neither my relationship manager nor any staff from the NBFC informed me earlier about upcoming Penalties. If I had known about Penalties, I would have made money from anywhere and pay the EMIs on time. I just had the knowledge of Cheque bouce charges which deducts when EMI delays.

I have also contact RBI banking ombudsman and complain against Mahindra. They verbally told me to settle from your side and I tried to settle by visiting the my Branch but the zonal manager/Manager MR. Deepak refused to settle. I was completely harrased by them.
After that I have writen and complain and deliver to the branch to look in this matter and settle the amount and one copy is mailed to Mr. deepak.
After that he was rotating me and finaly he refused by saying that sms was sent to you and I have not respond that( he send me the sms delivery report).
RBI has closed my complain by saying mahindra has no fault.

    Most respectfully I, Gopal Chandra Das, father of Debasish Das, resident of Vill-Daudpur, P.O-Chhatri, P.S-Egra, Dist-Purba Medinipur, Pin-721429 would like to draw your kind attention that very recently a un-expectable incident happen with me of which details given below point wise for your kind information and take necessary action.
    1. My son Debasish Das to purchase Mahindra Bolero Pickup Van took a car loan from your esteemed organization on 31/07/2019.
    2. At the time of issuance the loan he requested to me to give him the xerox copies of my land record in support of the issuance of the loan. And further he inform me that the rest amount to purchase of the Pickup Van he will bared himself and he assure me that he will repay the monthly loan installment of the loan from his own income. So I was not interested about the loan instalment. Debasish also take care of the loan and the car.
    3. A few months after taking the loan I ask him whether he is repaying the loan installments on time or not . He told me that he was paying the loan installment from his own bank account and also would do it in every month. So none o[censored]s would interfere in this matter.
    4. On the dated 19/02/2021 my son suddenly died by an accident. From that date I was devastated and the Pickup VAN had been lying in my house since from his death.
    5. If the car has been in this condition for a long time, it will get worse so when I try to start the pick up van on the road with the driver I got into a problem that insurance, pollution and fitness of the car is failed in due time. Knowing this fact, I pay the insurance, do the pollution certificate and also the fitness of the car in normal course
    6. After my son's death I on behalf of my son Debasish Das visit the Contai Branch of Mahindra & Mahindra Finance Service Ltd. and inform them about my sons death and asking them how can I get the insurance claim from the insurance company and a request to them to help about the claim from their end. At that time the office inform me that there are some of the loan instalment kists due before his death.
    7. Further for you kind information that, knowing the fact from your office I paid 5 installment ie. (Rs 16120 x 5 installment) totaling Rs 80600. The last payment of 5th no of instalment date is 25.09.2021.

    But regretfully inform to you that on the dated 08.10.2021, I send the car to a place with the driver. But one unknown person identifying him a officer of Mahindra and Mahindra Finance and dishonestly, illegally without any reason forcefully and by emphasizing his power seize my Pickup Van at Berhompur from my Driver and give him seizure list in plain paper without any company stamp and without any sign by the seizure officer.
    As the driver totally illiterate so he did not asking him anything about that, he only receive the seize paper and gave me after return back to home. After that I know the all fact from my driver which is happen with my driver. At that time I contact to the Contai Branch and inform them the fact in details and I ask them did any officer at your organization seized the car at Berhompur, if not, then someone stole the car. If you let me know, I will take a action about that. And if the car has too many installments left or there is a problem and I ask them if the car is sized by your company then why I have not been notified before and why didn't your company issue me a notice about that?

    I wanted to knew from them who or whom did this crime to taking the advantage of my son's death and whether any person has a personal benefit in this offence. After such a discussion had with them they assure me to help about that it is to inform you that I have not yet received any updates and didn't know anything about the current situation.
    I am paying the installment kist on behalf of my son Debasish Das, then why did this work without informing me anything. I did not say to anyone that i will not pay any further instalment after paying the five instalment kist.
    So I request to your good self kindly take necessary steps to inform me about the fact in details within 7 days from the date of received of this letter to avoid complicacy against your organization. I hope you will take positive measures in support of the incidents.
    The details of the Pickup VAN herein given below for your kind information and take necessary action.

      No due certificate (NOC)

      Please note my all EMI and all payments are cleared Dec.'21 against our Loan Account No. 6001972 and Vehicle No. WB38AR1441, we have repeated follow ups with your Asansol branch (West Bengal) contact no. [protected], but still yet to receive the same and hence I am facing big problem for non-availability of RC book of above my vehicle.

        I have a loan at Mahindra Finance North Lakhimpur branch of Assam. After covid I am unable to pay my loans timely due to my job loss. Before that they have harassed my father and my guarantor with unprofessional and abusive language. They have culminated a culture of recovery of loans by ways of mafiagiri (i.e unethical and non systematic ways).           I took a car loan from Mahindra & Mahindra Finance. Now I have only 15 EMIs to clear. Previously 3 EMIs were overdue & given me time to pay by 25th January 2022 however without any intimation my they took my car in this pandemic. I have requested a lot to give me at least 1 day time however your manager Asmita Sengupta (Mobile- [protected]) doesn't listen. Her Boss is Animesh Raha (Mobile [protected])

          After that I have given all 3 EMIs on 23rd January 2022 and today is 27th January 2022 still I have not received my car reason being so much excuses. On top of that today entire day, I am being harassed by your employees. Many times, I called but your manage Asmita Sengupta doesn't received my call for the entire all and I am hopeless now. Please help sir.

            Request for NOC Certificate Multiple Times But Not Responding

            The last EMI was due on 05.12.21. And, I have paid the same within the due date. And, I have also submitted a written application for the Issuance of my NOC certificate to the local Mahindra finance office on 21 DEC 2021 (2nd Floor, 7 Kyd Street, MLA Guest House, Kolkata 700 016).

            So, It's been 1 month there are not providing me with the NOC certificate, neither online...

            My vehicle is seized without any intimation . I’m a poor man and missed 3 emis while covid lovkdown now when i started earning and went to pay 2 pending emis i was forced to pay full amount which was pending. I was assuring that I’ll within month but they took key .

                EMI was not debited even after maintaing sufficient amount in bank when cross checked with staff its as per RBI and no charges will be there. But later cheated instead of 17k paid 22k for 5 months. Promised that waiver will be given. But that was just to keep calm and they were waiting for the loan to get completed. Looting with interest over interest.. Being a loyal customer i never missed EMI more over i have not even asked for moratorium. Cheating consumers who trusted mahindra finance makes it untrustworthy.Mentally disturbed as I expected they will keep promise and waive of last EMI.. it was my hard earned money.. not earned by cheating or looting. Never ever trust mahindra. They raised complaint but asking to withdraw complaint as they cant refund money.. Being a loyal customer even cant take back without resolution. After raising complaint also no one responded for 1 week. Govt should make consumer aware of this type of cheating as this creates mental agony and much more stress in a family where there is only single bread earner

                    My name is Raj Kumar. I live in C-95 rajdhani park my car number is DL 1ZB 3128. I got my car financed from Mahindra Finance. I was paying my installments on time. One day I contacted an agent of Mahindra Finance to settle my loan account. Who used to take our installment. We paid him 285000 in cash to settle our loan account. He took the cash and told us that in a few hours your account will be closed, you should check on the app/website. When we checked at 9:00 pm, the account closed was shown there. So we are sure that our account is closed with Mahindra Finance & our car is free now. There is a problem of car parking in our street, so we parked our car in the parking of Kamaruddin Nagar jhor, because I used to be sick My elder son used to work in a company outside Delhi, we could not go to see the car because I was sick and my wife did not know the way. Our son used to come every now and then and has come only 2 times after Lockdown. Then when he went back and came again and I sent him to see my car So when my son went there to see our car, our car was not parked there. We searched for two days, when our car was not found, we got it reported to Delhi Police online. When the police recovered our car, but I was shocked when I see the document which were produced before me at pokice station Nangloi NOC was issued in my name and I also saw my signature on some other documents and that signature was not done by me. But the car is still registered on my name. I have been a victim of Mahindra Finance fraud. I request you to get justice at the earliest and handover my car to me from police station and NOC also.

                        Dear Sir, I have taken loan with Mahindra Finance on 07.11.2019 and my loan no. is 6582234, & customer id. 8797967 i have been paying my loan with no Cheque bounces, but due to covid-19 Moratorium applied April 2020 till August 2020 i didn't pay my loan, and it is due to Lockdown and there is no business also, this is my REFINANCE the 2nd loan, 1st loan without any penalty i have paid my loan, Monthly my EMI is 18040/- this 5months which is not paid let it be extended but now December 10th 2021 i have to pay my loan 25407/- extra you have charged 7367/- i didn't expect this from Mahindra Finance, i spoke with customer care & personally visited nearest branch which is located near Kasturi nagar THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM YOUR END, they are telling i dont know why this is charged so please give the details,

                              Issue in settlement of Vehicle Loan

                              Hello,

                              I went to the Mahindra finance office to settle my loan, which was taken for the vehicle. On Oct 1, 2021, they told me that they will settle the loan in the amount of 1, 30, 842 (after some waiver on CRC and AFC, the actual amount of settlement was 1, 36, 239 )- and also I have given them the cheque.

                              But on 5th Oct, ACH (auto-debit) happened of 17, 400(monthly EMI). So, obviously now if I want to settle...

                                Sir,
                                Myself Benny K Korah from Kottayam, Kerala a loyal customer of mahindra finance for past 4years. I have an vehicle loan (loan number 5817200 ). I repay the loan amount of ₹27, 300/- every month strictly before 30th of every month.

                                As we all are aware we all going through Covid 19 related issues and for us the last 2-3 weeks we are suffering huge rain fall and related issues so i was not able to repay the amount on the due date (15th of every month). Still, as i mentioned above i strictly pay the due EMI before 30th of every month.
                                I got many calls from your side for repay the amount i politely told them with the above date. Yesterday i got call from [protected] this number the executive was rude, impolite and culture less in his conversion and he personally abused and provoked me. I dont know him personally still he is representing Mahindra Finance i lost my good relationship with Mahindra finance. After that he called my Company Manager and behaved like a local gunda asking for his petty cash.

                                It was a bad experience for me from your side and today i got call from another executive who told me Mahindra Finance is ready for an another Personal Loan for my good track of repaying EMI. It was a proud feel for me one of your executive representing Mahindra finance behaved like a local gunda and other was polite and knows the Customers track.

                                I hope i'll get reply regarding the grievance which faced from [protected] and take proper action regarding this and i conform Mahindra finance that will pay my EMI before the month end.
