Hi my name is Sourav Gajendra Sinha S/O Mr. Gajendra Kumar Sinha, we had bought a Vehicle from Neo Nissan in the year of September 2017 and it was got financed by Mahindra Finance. As we all know due to covid19 every person in Ondia is got Impacted so durle to the Covid19 we are not able to pay the Car EMI From February 2021 for 9 Months and we didnt received any Moratorium in the 2nd wave of covid19 so it was very difficult for us to pya the EMI. Anfdd on 6 july 2021 my vehicle was got repossessed by an unknown person without any prior notice. So i am requesting to Mahindra Finance that please approve me to pay Half of the pending amount so i can take my vehicle back from the repossessed person.

I am i had closed home loan by clearing total payment of loan case but still after 45 Day's i don't get my NOC documents.
Please help me to get out of this.

Someone is unnecessarily making calls to many people from [protected] no. on behalf of Mahindra Finance and asking the people to pay the due amount when they haven't even anything to do with the said company...please look into this matter and in true caller also it has been marked as potential fraud.

Acually I was the co applicant of the loan, but my cibil is getting hampered due to non payment of the loan amount. I paid 50000 in the month of march 1st week and 10000 in the month may 1st week, but still the amount is showing over due in my cibil. Request you all to kindly update the same as because of this I am losing losts of job opportunity. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest

Hello, myself Kiran Sahani, I am Having a vehicle loan account no 5692085, I am living with my mother and 2 sisters. My father and brother are working out of home town. The recovery agent pushpendra misbehaving with my mother, only 3 installments are unpaid. Last month my brother paid 2 lakh. Due to the covid situation, we are facing financial issues but we will try our best to clear all the due amount. But pushpendra call my mother and threatens her that he will be sending some people to our home for insulting us or pick our vehicle. My mother is a heart patient and he is torturing her, He is also using abusive words. If he again behaving like that I will file a police complaint against him.
