It is different from very reputed financial company mahindra and mahindra financial services ltd... They use there brand name in name of mahindra finance and give false promises and take money from customers. Beware not...

My fd no. C 17130267 matured on 12.4.20. Payment made in wrong account of idbi bank. From 13.4.20 onward till date inspite of provided by me of new bank details with photocopy of cheque, issuing mails & calls in customer care payment not made in upgraded bank account. Under one or other reason making of payment avoided & senior citizen is being harassed.

I applied for personal loan on 27 april 2020
I was asked to give rs 3250 for processing than they ask for rs 6000 than after 30 min they ask for gst rs 7000 than after 30 min they ask for inter city transfer rs 12000 than health insurance rs 12000. I paid 40250 against rs 2 lac personal loan i told to cancel they ask cancel charges rs 6800
Income tax rs 5800
Rs 12200 for getting refund i refused and i losse to 40250 it's total crime plz any one support me agent name ramlal [protected] his contact details

Its has been past more than 11 months now that i quit my job and till date i did not get my full and final settlement, i spoke to the concerned representative, when nothign was happening, i spoke to the ho of the payment department & tax department, they told me it's was a probe case & it will take some time for settlemet
But in that case every body know i m not involved.

I m totally helpless

I want the information about the relief declared by the government for 3 months due to COVID 19 on paying Monthly EMI. The near by branch is not giving any information regarding this scheme. Please forward an email so that i can contact someone regarding the incompetency of your finance dept. We over pay on principal and was told by derba that this is very difficult for them bc they have to go in manually and redo. She suggested we go get a personal loan instead. We were told at the time of contract that all we had to do was call in to make additional payments. Now i just had the rudest employee i have ever dealt with. She yelled which caused me to yell she was sarcastic and she hung up on us. Would not give me a manager nor the corporate info that i asked for at the beginning of the 5th call in 5 months

I had booked an FD in September 2019 and made the payment through Internet banking and my bank account was immediately debited on Friday itself but the company made the FD effective from Monday (not specifying dates, amounts and FD number for security reasons nor willing to attach any pictures of the FD or bank account screenshot)
When I followed up with the company the customer care people said that it was their policy to start the fixed deposit account from the next working day.Thus is absurd since all other companies including the scheduled banks give effect to the FDs as soon as the amount remitted is credited to the companies account.I told them that that means they are using our funds for 2 days by not giving any benefit to the customers.How can any company not pay interest to us for 2 days when the amount was received by the company 2 days in advance of a working day.We pay online and get instant credit-see the case of all public and private sector banks, Bajaj finance, TATA capital, and other renowned companies.
Kindly take action against the company for using public money and not giving due benefit to the customers

The employee of mahindra finance forces toh pay the advance installment with interest and the interest rate of loan tenure is 36 months and the tenure of installment is 30 months. The company forcing me to get the extra interest rate of 6 months .

No is ka 03 ae 9252. Mahindra finance is worst cheting company for making sizzing charge and parking charge overdue charge they sizzed my vehicle. Legal rule's they are not fallowing. I inform within 2 days i will pay remaning amount. 11 days back they sizzed my vehicle today they caled saying year end clear your amount otherwise we will sale your vehicle. What kind of service it's legal rules regulations they are not fallowing still my vehicle sizzing latter i am not resived.
