Mahindra Finance — Complaining about not getting NOC from last 45 day's even after closing total loan case with all dues.

Dear Sir/Madam
I am i had closed home loan by clearing total payment of loan case but still after 45 Day's i don't get my NOC documents.
Please help me to get out of this.
