[Resolved]  Mahindra Finance — Vehicle related loan closer

Dear Sir, This side Jitendra Kumar S/o Sh. Swami Nath i have purchase car Hyundai Xcent from Mahindra & Mahindra finance in 2018. it's loan number -5396944 i have co-applicant of this loan. Due to the arrival of Covid in 2019, there was a lockdown in India due to which I could not get the installation pay timely of the car. But gradually I paid all the installments of the car but some penalty was left. I got a discount offer from Mahindra & Mahindra Finance in December 2023, I accepted that offer. I paid the penalty of my car and gave it to my bank Mahindra & Mahindra Finance agent but after paying the penalty there is no effect of settlement on my CIBIL. Agent said will not show any settlement after payment After making the boot payment, my loan is showing suit failed and I have been declared a defaulter. I need a loan, no bank is giving me loan, please tell me what should I do now. Why did they declare me a defaulter even after I accepted the bank's offer ?
