Mahindra Finance — Delay in car loan instalments payments

Dear sir
this is just to remind you that I have taken car loan from your bank, my monthly EMI of Rs. 9410 due on 25 date on every month.
but loan amount has not been debited on my due date from the date loan has started. I have ben calling continuously your executive Mr Ravi from Jaipur to resolve my issues but he is unable to do this.

this is just to request to kindly see on this.
