Dear sir iam jagan from chennai i had closed my car loan. Contract no. 3432759 ref, 0)on 27/1/2016 but still i have not received my NOC finally iam ready to give legal notice against and i will give complaint against your staff annanagar manager kannan, chandran, fraud accountant krishnan, they threatned and got payment but they dont give NOC do needful otherwise. I will publish every thing in all media and new paper. My loan amount is 210000/- i paid fully 190488/- and also paid 7760 × 10 = 77600
