Mahindra Finance — finance dept debra[protected]

Please forward an email so that i can contact someone regarding the incompetency of your finance dept. We over pay on principal and was told by derba that this is very difficult for them bc they have to go in manually and redo. She suggested we go get a personal loan instead. We were told at the time of contract that all we had to do was call in to make additional payments. Now i just had the rudest employee i have ever dealt with. She yelled which caused me to yell she was sarcastic and she hung up on us. Would not give me a manager nor the corporate info that i asked for at the beginning of the 5th call in 5 months
