Account no : 2192526. I availed a finance for my car of rs 150, 000 approx in 2012 for 5 yrs duration. I requested for a cancellation of ecs but was not looked into until date which charged me fine of 15000 approx. The agent at hyderbabd caled my daughter to collect emi from her which they failed to collect. My daughter tried paying online but the mahindra website throwed up many errors, which again was not resolved by mahindra hyd and vizag branch. As this entire process lead to delays my daughter informed the representative rambabu at vizag branch that she will be paying the outstanding today morning but rambabu at vizag in the day without any notification or call entered my house without my permission, sat on my sofa and was refusing to leave or stand outside until the amount was paid. I am an elderly person, ill and stay alone in my house but still i was threatened and harassed and he forced his way into my house and denied to leave. I felt extremely threatened by his behaviour. He called my daughter and said that he will not leave my house until the payment is made and threatened her. My daughter called the vizag territory manager satyanarayan for help and resolve the matter but was again insulted, harassed over the phone by satyanarayana and said rambabu will not leave until the paymeny is made or car is surrendered. My daughter was driving to mahindra office to make the paymeny and informed rambabu that she is unable to talk much as she is driving but rambabu refused to listen and torchered her by calling her again and again several times. When the same was told to satyanarayan he continued to support his rep rambabu, encouraged the threats made, denied saying its not harrasment and disconnected the call. The total balance has been paid and account is settled as on today which we were forced and threatened to due to their behaviour. I need an explananation of why are yout employees harrassing customers this way when it is against the law? Need an explanation and if no response given i will have to take the next level. Itna call karta hai ki pucho mat, second second pe call karta hai bola v tha Paisa ready karke call karta hu phir v itna call ka kya jarurat hai, call karne se Paisa tapakta hai toh call hi karte raho loan mat do..
