Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I have taken car loan from Mahindra and Mahindra finance gopalganj Bihar branch and in Covid situation time i was unable to pay few emi then i had opted Moratorium for my loan

But The person Name Anup Srivastava//Emp Code 23081787// Mobile [protected] harassing on daily basis to my family, abusing and demanding cash bribe from customer for settled loan and harassing to my family for pay the amount

Due to financial issue i could not pay all charges so request you please settle my loan and waived extra charges and take action against concerned employee.

Today call received from Mahindra Finance and discussion done on my issue regarding employment behaviour.
Secondary already mentioned in my earlier complain mail for loan settlement they will discussed with Concerned department for final settlement loan amount after waiver of all extra charges.
So waiting for Mahindra Finance for positive response.
