On 9/01/2017 Monday 6:30 pm 3 Representatives From Mahindra Finance by Vehicle Seizing department tracked and Stopped me near Avalahalli Main Road and explained me that I haven't paid 4 Months of Car EMI + Current Month and Showed all details of my Payment / Balance the entire amount in the mobile with my Complete Details (House Address + Emi Details etc ) and even explained my previous month payment details which was through Cheque. Later post discussion I had Called Up our Regular Representative who comes for EMI Collection to Home Mr Nanjan Kumar From Yelankha Branch and Conversed with those representative and Finally Confirmed that I have to hand over the vehicle to them as its part of Their Duty from Seizing Dep't due Non payment of EMI as the Conversation heated up and I Gave the vehicle to them. they mentioned the vehicle will be submitted at Rammurthy nagar parking area.
Later that incident Wednesday 11/01/2017 inquired for balance payment and on Friday dated 13/01/2017 had visited the Mahindra Finance Office and Organized to pay the amount in total of Rupees 86, 920/- for (EMI + Late Fee + Repossession Charges ) and informed that we can collect the vehicle on Monday 16/01/2017
post that when I went to Collect my Vehicle they are informing that we haven't collected Your Vehicle at any of our Branches.
We have visited repeated time to enquired about the vehicle to Mohan (Advocate) and Sridhar Manger of Yelankha Office they are least Interested to investigate and give solution from their end I would have visited not less than 20 times to office on various date still there is no concrete information and I just feel they are playing around with me.
neither Police is registering the complaint as they say its Mahindra Finance team work only and they will give you the vehicle you just create a issue ..Also how can they collect amount for Seizing when they haven't possessed
I would request Mahindra Senior Management to look into the issue we are also Filing a consumer Complaint tomorrow how come someone will have my customer data about emi payment and Complete details and how come your office can collect repossession amount without even knowing the vehicle availability.
I Sense some internal Work on this i am really tired running around all these without improper customer service with your end. We just gave the vehicle due to your representative call . I want some responsible act towards it.
