Mahindra Finance — Misconduct from Mahindra finance | |
Sir, Myself Benny K Korah from Kottayam, Kerala a loyal customer of mahindra finance for past 4years. I have an vehicle loan (loan number 5817200 ). I repay the loan amount of ₹27, 300/- every month strictly before 30th of every month. As we all are aware we all going through Covid 19 related issues and for us the last 2-3 weeks we are suffering huge rain fall and related issues so i was not able to repay the amount on the due date (15th of every month). Still, as i mentioned above i strictly pay the due EMI before 30th of every month. I got many calls from your side for repay the amount i politely told them with the above date. Yesterday i got call from [protected] this number the executive was rude, impolite and culture less in his conversion and he personally abused and provoked me. I dont know him personally still he is representing Mahindra Finance i lost my good relationship with Mahindra finance. After that he called my Company Manager and behaved like a local gunda asking for his petty cash. It was a bad experience for me from your side and today i got call from another executive who told me Mahindra Finance is ready for an another Personal Loan for my good track of repaying EMI. It was a proud feel for me one of your executive representing Mahindra finance behaved like a local gunda and other was polite and knows the Customers track. I hope i'll get reply regarding the grievance which faced from [protected] and take proper action regarding this and i conform Mahindra finance that will pay my EMI before the month end.
