[Resolved] Mahindra Finance — my keys not been submitted yet | |||
Hello sir, I am jayalakshmi living in chennai, i bought a xylo d2 commercial vehicle in the year 2013 using your finance help, the duration of the finance was 3 yrs. After the completion of the finance, we got the noc form, but we did not get the second key from your finance. When asked in the showroom they advised us to check with the place who issued the noc form, but they said they did not have the car key. I have been shuttled from one place to another for the car key. Its almost three years now we did not get any response from the mahindra finance regarding my car key. The response from the mahindra finance employees is very hurtful. I am frustrated and also scared if someone will steal my car using the second key. Finally, i have searched your email address from the internet and emailing you. Please kindly look into this issue and do the needful. Hoping a positive response from your end. May 30, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I received my car after complaining and emailing to the head office. I received a call from the Ambattur Branch ( Mahindra Finance) and advised me to collect the key where I tried and met those people "N" number of times but this was resolved only after sending the email to the head office. Thanks to the people in head office who reviewed this issue and took action. and submitted my car key. Mahindra Finance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
