Mahindra Finance — NOC Not Getting & Asked for Extra Amount

Loan Account No 3813533 I have raised my complaint regarding NOC 4 times but I didn't get any positive response. Mahindra finance team asking me for paying extra amount 1200₹ (late fees) for NOC. As per my side I deposited all my cheques in advance delay is from your side. Then why we are paying extra amount (Late fee) for NOC. As I have paid all my EMI as per schedule. Also without any prior information moratorium charges added in my loan account (Loan Account no 3813533). I am going to take another loan but delaying due to we don't have NOC for current loan. Still they are asking for paying extra amount without any reason.

Loan Agreement Number 4580999.
Name: Goutam Kumar Neogi.
Not getting NOC certificate even after paying extra Rs. 500 as late fees.
Kindly solve the matter so that my NOC is delivered at the earliest.
