Mahindra Finance — Request to cancel Moratorium facility and poor service from Branch officials-Reg

Consumer had taken the auto loan in Mahindra finance company, the emi payment was on 10/05/2020 but none of the executive came to collect the EMI, so consumer itself went to the branch and made EMI payment on 05/07/2020 and also he had not applied for the moratorium but company had converted to moratorium without informing consumer and now they charging the penalty of 93, 668/- unnecessarily so he contacted the company but there is no response from the company so he wants to file a grievance. Expectation: Consumer expects that he will not pay the penalty unnecessarily .
